Okay, store. Seems to have a large variety and decent prices, but unfortunately, they didn't have tomahawk steaks or turkey legs that I was looking for to grill. I only ended up buying some ready-made chicken tamales and some wood chips. They also need to fix the freezer section. The few items they had were all covered in ice. It's not a good look.

I routinely pick up very nice bones they cut up into thirds for my dogs. They love them. :)

Don't get me wrong the food is great, but the hidden charges over the months that I wasn't made aware of, also how am I building points on the reward program when I say I'm a rewards member but don't ask for my number or card?
So sadly you have lost my business I'll be going somewhere else. Here's a few hints tell your cashiers to pay more attention to the customer when a customer has a issue and they can't answer or fix it get the manager because making excuses just upsets the customer even more.
And in fail Indiana state law requires
Notify the appropriate credit card associations
Clearly disclose that they charge a fee for using a credit card
Post signs at the cash register or point of acceptance that state the fee of X% will be added on to any payment made with a credit card

Great selection of meats at reasonable prices. I particularly liked their pork steaks; they're cut thick, and they aren't ragged like the ones you get at the supermarket. The staff were patient while I browsed, and helpful when I had questions. Also, they do accept EBT/Illinois Link, so I recommend checking out their bulk deals or their discount steaks.

Unfortunately I was sold rotten meat today. Bought flank steak and it was in a sealed package with the sell by date as March 3. When it was opened it has a terrible smell. Not sure what happened, but very disappointed.

Ordered thanksgiving dinner.delicious food, Turkey was moist and flavorful, Everything tasted homemade. Cranberry relish was delightful. We’ll definitely order in Christmas and all other holidays.

Howard & Sons is an excellent meat shop. Theyusten to what you need and how you prefer your order.. They also provide deer butchering at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Do not take your deer here. 0 effort and 0 care. They do not want to make the customer happy. Back straps came back with all the silver skin on it. Was told they only cut with pork fat, when they do indeed cut the ground with beef, the guy just didn’t want to deal with having to cut it with beef because they do so much volume with pork. And the breakfast sausage and their deer sticks are way too salty. And I like salty.
