*update 12/30 : they throw out old food in the bushes.. Bank Teller from the drive through annex location in white SUV is back to parking in Jewel curbside spot. She did take a break for a few weeks but started again.

Let me just start by saying I wanted to use this bank which was one my mil nursing home suggested of 2 and since my husband banks here I figured yes good.. well no bad.. I had to set up a miller trust for her and the guy was rude saying the girl who does it is on vacation and I guess since he didn’t know how he had to get legal on it.. we’ll it shouldn’t be this hard.. so I left got in my car drove another 40 minutes to the other bank they suggested Centier and boom amazing it was set up in 15 minutes…imagine that..train ur people. This is stressful for people to deal w in general u shouldn’t make it worse

I needed help with my frozen account. After playing phone tag for a whole day with customer support and the legal department I went to the Munster branch for help. Cinthia Chavez went above and beyond. She helped me get a hold of people and straighten the whole thing out. Best customer service ever. I highly recommend this personal banker

Worst experience ever when they transitioned from First Midwest! Immediately closed account and went to a bank that can take care of its customers. Also worst advertising slogan in history. GET OLD seriously? Nobody wants to get old and if you bank you will get old trying to be helped with issues. You cant call the bank after 4 even though it is open until 5. Try something New!!

07/13/22 Old National Bank Review: First Midwest Bank merged with Old National Bank on 7/11/22. The merger has been a disaster for the clients of First Midwest Bank! Trying to get a person to help by calling was almost impossible. I never did get a representative by phone. The lines were out the doors of the bank on the first day. This was NOT the fault of the employees, but of whomever at the top coordinated the merger. We have loved being with First Midwest. The employees are the same but the procedures are different. We are going to give it a couple of weeks, but will probably transfer to another bank. It's been very frustrating.First Midwest Bank Review: We have been banking with First Midwest Bank for many years. They are very efficient, helpful and friendly. We have never had an issue, and that says a lot!

Always courteous every time I make a deposit. Even though my business partner doesn’t have me on the business account officially they still give me the account balance which I know is against all odds. Thank you and I’ll continue to deposit our big checks there!

Friendly staff and efficient visits, but the hours are very inconvenient.
