If you want a home equity loan, be prepared to wait about 2 months. You’ll get the run around anytime you call and people don’t have answers or an eta. Always have to have someone else call you back.

I am in my 80s and I have never been happy with this bank and most of the employees. I have several account with Old National. I just place an for for checks.
