I needed help with my frozen account. After playing phone tag for a whole day with customer support and the legal department I went to the Munster branch for help. Always courteous every time I make a deposit. Even though my business partner doesn’t have me on the business account officially they still give me the account balance which I know is against all odds. Thank you and I’ll continue to deposit our big checks there!
