A FedEx delivery driver from Munster facility lied and said I was not home. I was there waiting for him because I needed to show ID for delivery. The truck pulled up, paused long enough to take a photo of my house and drove away. He never got out of his truck. How trifling ! 8.9.25

Poor communication re Sunday delivery. Delivery hrs need to be posted. I usually don't have a problem. And it should be communicated to a customer properly that my location does NOT deliver on SUNDAY

These people are extremely unprofessional and do not listen to any requests. I ordered my package for pickup and they continually tried to deliver it to the house, which delayed it over a week because they lost my package. I filed a complaint and nothing was done. I couldn’t get direct answers from anyone.

Even though my address is on my mailbox in big block letters 1 foot off the road, and I am on a main road in the county. FEDEX CANT DELIVER MY PACKAGES! These idiots keep delivering to wrong addresses, and my packages are never to be seen again! Don't ship with FEDEX!
