Alternator went bad. Called Complete Car Center to see if they could install the part I already had. He said I could leave the car there and could take care of it for me. I told him this is my only working car and couldn't leave it. Didn't even know if it would make it to his garage. I also had my very sick husband with me. He said bring him the car and he would take care of me ASAP. And in little over an hour I had a working car again. The cost was very fair considering how quickly it was completed and the below zero weather. Thank you so much.

I needed to figure out why my truck was pulling to the left, so I had the owner of this car Center drive the truck. The next thing they did was quote me for a $5,000 repair job. So, I instead took it to a trusted mechanic who told me that all I needed was a fresh set of tires. I got the tires and the truck stopped pulling. To think that the issue cost $5,000 is ridiculous.Service: Engine repair

I had a wonderful experience at Complete Care Center and felt compelled to share it. Auto Zone actually referred me to them to assist with an issue I was having with my car. When I arrived they were busy and were still able to accommodate (squeeze me in) and service my car right away. Not only were they able to fix my issue, they also looked into & were able to fix another issue I was having!Additionally, the Manager Zarco and Alexandra in the front office were great! Their prices were reasonable, they were kind, expedient and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I received. I highly recommend them and plan to return for any other auto issues going forward. It doesn’t surprise me that Auto Zone recommended them, they were amazing!Services: Auto battery replacement
