Please don’t go to this location the person name William Santos that works there set up my internet service put his information in my account and I couldn’t access my account then told me I couldn’t change the information on the account then he deleted my account but not the payment info and it still charged me every month as well wrote down my social security number when he wasn’t supposed to I believe they are using ppl personal information on the side . The lady that worked there as well took my phone and I was trying to see what she was doing and she keep moving back like she didn’t wantMe to see what she was doing with my phone they do not know what they are doing at this location please don’t go it’s either they are using people information or do you know what they’re doing

I spoke to the manager regarding transferring my service to another carrier, manager answered my questions but manager was condescending and didn't seem interested in keeping my business. I explained to manager that I have been an AT&T customer since 2006 and was looking into switching Carriers to save money. Manager just informed me what I needed to do to transfer my service. Disappointed that AT&T doesn't care about their loyal customers.

I've been having a service problem and I go in and the Hispanic girl says "well what do you want me to do about it" she says they already changed my sim and I most likely need a new phone for an antenna problem. So we wait for awhile and I need the pin to the account that she can't reset because the main account holder isn't there even tho I was switched to the main account holder. So I leave and go to the Lansing store location where the girl there says how does she know it's an antenna problem she can't see inside the phone and fixes the problem for me. So go to the Lansing store location

No stars from my experience The sales rep was very arrogant from the minute she opened her mouth - she listened to my issue but quickly dismissed me verbally & went to service another client that had come in after myself. She stated that I needed to return because she could not troubleshoot accounts in the last hour prior to before closing. The store closes at 7pm CST when she announced this it was 5:55pm! I left vowing to never return to this site !

We visited the Munster store July 14, 2023. The employee greeted us, patiently answered questions and even tried to find additional discounts for our account. As we were upgrading devices and transferring data to new devices, the appointment took some time, but the employee was very efficient. Good experience overall.

Great experience give these guys a pat on the back and and raise i say they wirk together as team help me figured out how to navigate my own personal situtation great reccommendations great updates isabel jorge javier i might be missing one but all four guys help me work together great team work this store represents att very well i will drive all the way from city to get this experience i just loved it
