It was a great bank to go to. But here lately, the ATM is mostly down. And they are not open at 10am or they're do not have enough staff to give you your money.!! This location needs help.!!!

I have never had a problem banking at Woodforest until I moved to Muncie. The Muncie branch is such a lame excuse for a bank. My card number got taken so I had to close my card and I haven’t been able to go in and get a new card for 3 weeks now! Every time I go in they’re closed when they are scheduled to be open or they tell me they can’t help me right now. Extremely frustrating and causes stress throughout other areas of my life - because I currently don’t have a wording debit card.

Been with this bank for 6 years. Put several hundreds of thousands of dollars through them. Have had to call Anderson to get any help for the past year. Shut it down. Bologna.

Horrible bank manager! Been with this bank over 12 years and never had one issue until this new manager came. Now they post s**t-o-grams to the patrons?!? Time to find a new bank

Keep an eye on your acct. They deposited my money in someone else's acct and then tried to blame it on me when the bank manager called me back. I gave the teller my acct card & ID during the transaction so it should have never happened
