Very clean store. Layout seems a little off to me compared to other stores. Staff was extremely helpful when needed.

Women beware, there's a creepy old man with white hair named Patrick working the customer service desk. He had the nerve to start flirting with our 13 year old daughter right in front of us. It made us all very uncomfortable. My daughter literally started hiding behind me. This guy needs to be on some kind of watch list.

The Muncie plant community is very large and other than local nurseries our only other options are at garden centers. This Walmart should be ashamed of how many people witness how this garden center is maintained. They deliberately keep new plant shipments from Altman and Costa in their boxes in the dark for days on end (I've even witnessed weeks). I've come in to the garden center for 3 days now waiting for them to open the most recent plant shipment from Altman Nursery. The plants are most always damaged and struggling by the time they get taken out and they are never marked down after being damaged from the negligence. The plants that are set out eventually are over watered causing pest/gnat infestations, bacterial/fungal issues on the leaves, and root rot. It is not until the plant loses all but 2 leaves or is on the edge of death that it gets put on clearance if ever. I couldn't imagine any plant vendor being happy with the absolute waste of time and effort they put into their plants just to sit and waste away in a box. It does not take much effort to open shipments on arrival; especially with perishable living things in it.

Not the best place to shop. The prices are good, but the shopping experince is not what it should be. Even low end items were locked up and due to the store's staffing, it takes a long time to get help and purchase the product you need. If you value your time, or products, go to Meijer.
