Don't bother doing a pickup order until they make some changes Wait time is only supposed to be 5 minutes. After waiting for over 30, I left. I understand staffing issues but where was the team leads for the department to help? Were the coaches in charge at the time not paying attention? You can't hold the associates accountable if upper management just let them sink without stepping in to help. Come on Walmart south, I know you can do better.

They have taller shopping carts, that do not work for shorter people. They could at least offer some of the older style carts.They do not care about their shorter customers or small people.

I love this Walmart I really do I love this Walmart.. but there are a couple of women that work at the self-checkout, they are hateful and mean.. I mean if you don't like helping people than don't work in self checkout Isle.. besides that I absolutely love this Walmart. Other than that mean old lady that was at the self-checkout all the other people are nice I always get help when I need it I mean they're always great

I have not had a chance to go to Walmart South here in Muncie for a little while. I felt like the store had been redone the lighting was really bright and everything was moving around. The floors were so shiny! I felt almost like I was on an ice-skating rink! The store was well stocked and clean! I like the reorganization of everything. There was a new lawn and garden section. The entire store was in great shape!

I don't shop here much because you can't never get anybody to check you out always have to use a self-checkout and they don't work half the time and then they treat you like you're stealing
