Attempted an instant print of four photos (4x6), ran very smoothly and only took me a couple minutes. When I went up to the counter to ask where I’d pick them up, there were three male employees in conversation, one looked at me and told me it would be 30 minutes and to shop around for a while… the photos were the only thing I came for, and I needed the pictures by that afternoon. I got the feeling that they just wanted to keep talking. Confused, but not wanting to be rude, I walked to my car, left and got Panda Express next door, shopped around for the full 30 minutes before I checked back. The same employee that told me to wait couldn’t find my pictures and told me to transfer them again. This time, he said, I wouldn’t have to wait. I tried twice to transfer the pictures over and it did not work. He handed me a cord to try to transfer them over that way, but any time I’ve done that in the past the kiosk has crashed due to the amount of pictures I had. I appreciate him trying to help, but after a 50 minute trip to Walmart that was supposed to take 10, I am incredibly disappointed that I just ended up going to CVS instead.

Wal-mart pick up, a joke, window was between 7-8 pm, they were late, substituted multiple items, and the first time I called to check in the clerk was extremely rude. Waited over 40 minutes for order, I should have went in and bought it myself for this kind of service.

The Walmart Supercenter on the northside of Muncie is one of my favorites. I know the store well. Sometimes things are out of order, but the crowds that come to shop at this Walmart can be overwhelming. As a marketing tactic, they like to keep shoppers on their toes and seem to constantly have revolving items and new items and stands in the store. In my experience, the bathrooms have always been clean. And *most of the cashiers and customer-facing workers are very kind. Something that may help customers navigate the store would be to download the Walmart App. In it, you can search for anything you're looking for and it will name the exact isle it can be found on. Even when I'm shopping around Walmart, I have found myself assisting the customers by pulling up my app because they look like lost puppies.

It's Walmart - very large and easy to navigate nothing special - slow checkout process.

This is actually for the electronics section. My wife and I just recently visited yesterday to purchase a new cell phone with a contract. There was a couple there before us who was complaining because they had been there for 2 hours already. We chalked it up to impatience and decided to stick around anyways. 4.5 hours later we finally walked out with 2 phones under contract. Now some of this was our fault because my wife tried a couple of different cell providers to try and get the best deal, but that still shouldn't have taken this long. The associate helping us name was Javon. He was very pleasant to work with, but in my opinion Walmart is setting this guy up for failure. For the longest time he was the only person working back there and (bless his heart) was trying to help multiple people at the same time. I'm not sure how, but he never lost his composer and continued to provide the best customer service he could. I give Javon 5 stars and Walmart 1, because it is the Christmas season and there should have been multiple associates in that department to assist customers. Shame on Walmart.
