Walgreens is my go to quick shopping trip. Ok unless I wanna look for good deals and clearance items I might just take a bit longer here. Such a variety of stuff. From my supplements to hair products. I love trying all the new shampoos, conditioners and leave in conditioners. Sometime i get my makeup here as well. Good for quick quality gifts. Most generally I'll always be back. Very recommended.

Customer service was at an all time low. After waiting for a while, someone finally came to the register. Customer service associate, Jordan, provided no greeting & no words during the ENTIRE TIME of the transaction. He did have time to text during the transaction and left me to read the screen for my total. #terribleService

I've been coming here for years, and I've always had a great experience with the pharmacy. But the other day I called about my medicine and an address change and the pharmacist on the phone was so rude and disrespectful. Very hateful and made me never want to go back. I'm currently in the middle of changing pharmacies because of this. I've never been so disrespected in my life, ajd i dont feel comfortable having someone like that in charge of my medications.

I have a bad experience EVERY time I go to this pharmacy, but the MOST frustrating is when the pharmacist is downright RUDE to customers. I've seen this over and over at this location.. someones title went straight to their head! My fam won't be returning to this location!

Called in my INSULIN and the automated line said it would be ready. When I went to pick up my prescriptions the pharmacist did not have it and said they would get to it when they could. This is an unacceptable answer for someone who insulin dependent. Then the same pharmacist gave me my prescriptions without going over any of the drugs she was giving me and I ended up with a prescription I didn't need. Horrible customer service if you can even talk to a real person.

i've been waiting at this walgreens for 45 minutes for a simple flu shot. rude staff, long wait times, and a small waiting area. i never write reviews but this is a very simple appointment that should not take this long

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy in Muncie. Very sick family member and it's been over 48 hrs and they are still so busy they can't get the antibiotics filled. They can't give a time frame either. I get it that all businesses are short staffed. This is absolutely inexcusable. Shame on you Walgreens.

I have strep throat which is contagious until treated by antibiotics- I filled my script here and was notified that it was ready for pickup; upon arrival at 7pm tonight I was told that the pharmacy is closed until 2pm tomorrow and that since my script was already 'filled' at this location, it could not be filled at another Walgreens. I understand being short staffed but this could be fatal for customers that need their prescription to live, what if I couldn't get my insulin , or albuterol?Not only is this a major inconvenience in wasted time to travel here, but I am losing money by not being able to return to my workplace even longer. The courteous thing to do would have been to send an automated message or text to the customers that had scripts waiting so they don't waste the customer's time AT LEAST. Better yet, give the customer an option to refill at another location.Now I get to feel sick for another whole day and miss out on making money to pay my bills.
