This is one of the better Walgreens in Muncie. I do a lot of online pickup and never have to wait long for someone to bring it out.

Walgreens on north walnut does great and on 12th street . About 10 yrs ago the pharmacy on West Jackson lost prescriptions, wouldn't fill what my doctor wrote for me . And if u ask to pay cash for your lost prescription that they find months later calling u a liar and saying I never had it there at first by the time it's found I ask to pay cash before it expired or was lost again and instead of explaining to me why they FLAG you call your doctor and are rude and stop filling anything for years ?idk what I did wrong at first I just had a lot to deal with and suffered cause they lost it 1 time I didn't want to loose out again like that so I thought I would pay so I could 1 prove it to doc and 2 have what they lost and mistreated me for . To have them extra so something like that did then I wouldn't have had to do without again be called a liar after I knew they had it .

i've been waiting at this walgreens for 45 minutes for a simple flu shot. rude staff, long wait times, and a small waiting area. i never write reviews but this is a very simple appointment that should not take this long

Very nice people who helped me with my prescription after hip replacement when my insurance wasn't going to cover it. They helped me figure out what was causing the problem and got the prescription on my insurance taking my cost from $99 to $4! I appreciate them very much. Also the drive thru service was also very convenient because I was not walking very well at that point.

What a treat. Tammy - your cashier this evening was such a welcomed delight. She said hi - welcome - asked me if I needed assistance - guided me to exactly what I needed - and then happily checked me out. Muncie is a twin that needs so many more friendly and helpful people. You should feel happy to have her as an employee. My husband's company just passed us to cvs. He's diabetic type 1. I'm happy that Tammy will be there to help me laugh it all off.
