I went with my mother to look for a newer used vehicle. The salesman was trying the "I have someone coming in two hours to test drive this" b. s. sales tactic. As soon as he tried the pressure tactics we left and went to All American Chevy and bought a new Equinox. Should be one star but getting two stars because the vehicles we looked at weren't bad overall.

We always buy and service our cars at Victory Honda, Muncie. We always get friendly, professional service. The staff is excellent throughout the organization. Yes, it might be a bit more expensive to get maintenance work done at the dealer, but they have an infrastructure to support, and that infrastructure is a benefit to me as the customer. They have sufficient staff on hand to get work done in a timely manner. They can order any part and generally get it next day, if they don't already have it on hand. They keep all my service records on the computer and can review them to make sure the vehicle fluids, brakes, tires etc are well-maintained. Highly recommended for both sales and service.

Inquired about trading in my CRV for newer one. Their CRV was priced at KBB value. The offered me $4000 less than my CRV kbb value plus they wanted $695 for a worthless ELO package. I went to Penske Honda and they traded kbb book for book and no worthless add ons.

One of the best dealerships I’ve been to! Victory Honda of Muncie gets a 10 out of 10 from me. The staff are wonderful and friendly and the customer service is amazing. Shout out to Brandon and the crew in the service department for always helping keep my Honda maintained and in good working order. They were so helpful when I had a flat tire. They drove us to Walmart to get our groceries and let us put them in our fridge. They gave my little girl popcorn and a juice, and let her watch a show on their TV. It helped make the time go really fast.

Melissa, Brandon, and Kyle were super helpful when I had a last-minute vehicle emergency. They had wonderful customer service and fixed the problem immediately. This is the best Honda dealership I have ever gotten service at!! I would 100% recommend going here for your car needs.

Have purchased 4 vehicles from them - 3 vehicles from Holly now. She’s so helpful and goes above and beyond with “her guy” to get financing and the deal done so you can get the vehicle. My 1st Civic was in fabulous condition at 180k miles and running fabulously when it was totaled in an accident and this one is at 100k miles and running smoothly without issues. The others were used cars for others and not Hondas but still, no issues and run great!
