I bought a 2017 Honda accord from KT Stonewell this summer. The tires were cords. It cost me a grand to replace them after less than 1000 miles that I'd put in them. The window tint is so dark. I'm having it taken off. After the police rightfully so stopped me twice. I had no idea. And that's going to cost me $150. The "certified" Honda inspection said I'd get way more mpg than I actually do. I get less than 24 mph after the new tires. Do not trust them. They are, after all, used car dealers.

7 years ago, I purchased my first Honda at Victory Honda of Muncie. These guys/gals work hard FOR you and the customer service they provide is top notch. I started my search for my next car about a year ago. Steve, our sales rep, kept us informed throughout our search for just the right car at the right time in our lives. Victory Honda & Steve will keep us coming back to the Honda brand when we are ready to upgrade our car again.

The manager called and apologized profusely. They backed their apology with their wallet by honoring the original estimate. Things could have been handled better throughout but their follow through was worth at least a couple more stars.
