Was given a call that my phone was eligible for a trade in offer. Went to my nearest Verizon store, here, and was told the offer was not available. With my mind set on getting a new phone, I got one anyways, and then asked if there is any trade-in value in general and was told a flat no. I just traded in my old phone for $180 through Apple, which is ridiculous when I should be able to trade it in through Verizon just the same.

I came in fresh from work and finding out my boyfriend (26) of 3 years and 11 days cheated on me with his 55 year old married coworker who has children his age and let me tell you what, the staff that were present on 3/13 didn’t make me feel ostracized if anything that made me feel comfortable and helped give me that confidence that I needed to get through this day. I was upset and I was frazzled and in fight or flight all day and the atmosphere and their banter with each other made me feel so much less on edge. I quickly got on my own phone plan and changed my number and was able to be on my way within 30 minutes. I wish I remembered their names to thank them personally but I can’t so i’m sorry about that. But you know who you are. Highly recommend this location.

Our daughter lives in Muncie and contacted us to say she was having an issue with her phone. I went straight to google to see if there was a Verizon store close to her or if we would need to go get the phone and take it over an hour away to our hometown. Google reviews looked good for this store so we took our chances. By random happenings we walked in and Eric was the next specialist available - I recognized his name from all the reviews so I was hopeful. Not only did Eric have our daughter's phone working in under 5 minutes, he also worked through some other issues we were having after a recent change in our plan. My husband appreciated that he spoke at our level when it came to the technology/terminology. When he didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he took a poll of the other specialist in the store to figure out the answer. When we left I told them next time we have an issue we might drive the extra hour from our hometown to Muncie as this is not the service we receive at home. Thanks Eric!

Came in to swap the wife’s phone plan to mine and brought our 16 month old into the store. We had to be there for longer than expected due to issues with swapping carries but the staff was super friendly, let our little man run around the store and have a good time. Each of them interacted with him and made us feel good and not like bothers. David was the main one who helped us.

I'd been working with Brett for awhile deciding on which phone/plan I would be happy with and in my price range. I went in a couple different times, we talked about options and he happily printed and showed me the prices. He always listened to my concerns and helped me understand if I was confused about something. I decided on the phone I wanted and Brett assured me that this phone was great and had a good camera quality because I love using my camera and needed a good camera feature.The process went smoothly and quick. I would recommend dealing with Brett

I originally did a pick-up order, because I hate going inside the store as it is usually a long process. When picking up my phone the store rep Stacie told me I had a huge deal that I missed because of it being online. She was very quick on giving me the run down, helped me with breaking down the new bill, and getting me some free devices! I highly recommend seeing Stacie (shes honest, quick, and was a pleasure to work with) visiting this store!!

Don't even bother going to this location. The only person that works here worth talking to is Taylor. The store manager, Eric, will go back and forth with you about your issue, but in the end just try to sell you insurance or a new device. You may be referred to YouBreakIFix, but they won't take what they say about your hardware as fact and will stay say the issue isn't Verizon. No attempt whatsoever to actually help just a slip of paper with an 800 number to call about the issue. When you press him to do his job he will argue with you until you have been going back and forth so long you're angry. This is what he wants because the moment you use any angry words or profanity, they just kick you out.There is a location by YouBreakIFix that is much more professional and willing to help - despite being a "retail only" location. Ask for Jeff there and skip the undoubtedly horrible experience you will receive at this location next to Marsh.
