Only putting one star because zero is not his option. I made an appointment to have my phone screen repaired, when I arrived to drop it off I was told 3 hours. I came back at 3 hours and was told it would be another hour. I specifically asked if I come back in an hour are you going to say it will be another hour and I was told no it will be done within the hour. Only to come back another hour later in here it will be another hour. The guy in the hat who quoted 3 hours was rude and short regarding the situation. He then proceeded to lie and tell me.There was no other place to get a samsung fixed within two hours. I will also be contacting assurian to file a complaint with them.

I bring a phone in and they told me that it would be 1 hour and 30 mins and I mean I got a text in 30 mins saying that my phone was done they are so good I will be coming back here everytime I need a phone.. yes I take all my ps5 in and they are done in a lot of time I love this place fr fr

Charging port replaced for $160 on an Ipad, which seems a little high and they told me it would be done by Monday and they would let me know but it when I called Monday it wasn't ready and I called again on Wednesday and it was and only after I called them did they text me that it was done.
The majority of the interaction was them trying to sell me insurance and they also destroyed the screen protector on the ipad, I know they don't cost a lot but when I said something to them, it was dismissed like they didn't care and I am sure they don't.
Never again.

Andrew is a techno wizard and resurrected my speaker from the dead by a simple wave of his hand a plug in of chords, truly an astonishing moment, we proceeded to test the speaker by playing the illest song with the grimiest beat drops. i will forever be greatful of what happened here.

They did an excellent job repairing the device but what was supposed to be two days ended up taking one month because of a home button that needed to be ordered.

My phone locked up on the emergency call screen...went to Verizon and talked with Verizon technical support..both said it could be reset but I would lose everything in my phone! I could not stand the thought of losing years of information and all of my pictures. A friend told me to try "ubreakifix" by asurion in Muncie. My last resort..
NICK took my phone and in a matter of minutes NICK had retrieved EVERYTHING on my phone!! I could not believe it..I am so grateful and NICK is a great technician!! THANK YOU NICK
