This is one of the worst run stores in central Indiana. Appt on Sat at 10:30 and was told it would be a min 4 hour wait because all the techs but one called in sick. They changed appt to 9 am on Sunday and only 2 techs showed up for work. Didnt get out until 10:33! We want our tire disposal fee returned at the very least. 30 dollars a piece for this. Highway robbery. Will never go back again until these issues are fixed.Store #1100

The staff and management team was helpful and knowledgeable. Go there they will treat you right and fair. Prices are good and fair.

Tire rotation service.
I was greeting with smiles as I entered. Staff was very friendly and service was fast and good.
Facility was very clean and bathrooms were decorated and very clean as well.

Tire barn’s service manager, service desk attendant, and technician were all very helpful over the phone and in person. Most importantly, they were all honest about the issues with my vehicle.

Went there to get an alignment and my tires rotated. They ended up telling me I needed a new wheel bearing so I decided to go somewhere cheaper for that. Tire Barn ended up tightening my lugs so tight they have to be drilled in order to get them to come off. When I went back into ask them to help the lady at the desk told me they would never over torque and that there was no such thing as over torquing. I wasn’t in the mood to argue so I just left. After reading other reviews I realized this is a common problem they seem to have. The amount of time and money this has cost me is ridicules and never again will I return. Just be carful anyone wanting to use the Muncie location .

Came in for a tire rotation. 1 and 1/2 hours later still not done and no reasoning. Not busy. Only 1 person ahead of us. Very slow and unprofessional.

Tpms sensors were installed on truck and tires not rebalanced. Now I'm at belle tire getting taken care of. Won't be back to tire barn. Oh by the way. Rocky is back at Belle tire.

Tires that we wanted was not available, had to purchase my 3rd choice because of unavailablity. Front desk people were trying to upscale myself and other customers on other items. Worse service we have ever had there in the last 40 years.
