Sierra did my balayage and I absolutely love it! She even recommended me some new products to use since my hair has been feeling dry and dull, and they’ve worked wonders!

I confirm my appointment twice so that the hairdresser can maximize their schedule. I fully support that. What is disappointing though is when they double book and drop you the day of. I've received my reminder text today, already requested to leave work my work early (lost wages), made plans to pick up my child from school instead of riding the bus, because its the only appointment they had available, and you double book and drop her because it's a kids cut.

I wouldn't let my worst enemy go to this salon. It's nice and all, but management is extremely unprofessional and the services are not worth the money they take from you. My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas in 2022 and was told I could use it for anything (services or products) in the store as long as I used it before the expiration date which was written on the front of the certificate and said "1/2024". I called in early December 2023 to book my services before it expired and specially asked if it expired the end or beginning of January since it didn't specify a date and was told it was still valid so I booked. I showed up this weekend for my hair appointment with Tiffani and was cancelled on twice, once with no call or notice from anyone. After I finally got a service done on Saturday, I decided to just use the rest of my certificate on hair products to be done with it. I was told they couldn't find my certificate anywhere in their system and unless I could provide a credit card statement showing my husband paid for it over a year ago then it was void and I couldnt use it. My husband paid cash for it, so I couldn't get a statement to show he paid for it with card because he didnt. The receptionist helping me (who was very very sweet at least) told me exactly who wrote the certificate because she recognized the signature of the employee. Management still didnt care. Seems like management needs to train their employees better if it was never entered into the system and not expect customers to pull up year old card statements to prove to YOU that we paid for it. I wouldnt have it if we didnt come into the business and purchase it as it's a certificate they personally fill out at the salon. Extremely unprofessional and scummy for them to do in my opinion. I lost over $125 because they don't know how to train people.

Second update: I decided I wanted to try one more time here and see if the customer service has improved or if the 'lady' that butchered my hair the last time was gone because of all the other complaints that I've heard about her from others... I go to book my appt with Morgan and apparently I've been banned from booking appts there! I will no longer be telling anyone about this location and I'll even warn others that if you make even a minor complaint you will get banned from there again!For our 13th anniversary, my husband treated me to get my hair done. I had a mommy/daughter day getting twinsies hair done. I made an appt for a balayage in pink and just pink tips for my now 8 year old daughter. I asked for just a few inches off to just below my armpits, almost where my daughter's hair was at. My hair was unevenly cut at just below my shoulders. My daughter's hair was trimmed a bit, but it is also very uneven, with some of it left uncut. Both of our hair started fading within 2 days, even before we had even washed our hair for the first time after having it done. After 2 weeks my hair was completely faded out from the fuchsia looking color (I asked for something close to pinkie pie because it's my daughter's favorite character). Its been 6 weeks since the initial coloring and 3 1/2 weeks since the second coloring and the color has again faded out beyond acceptability. After the first fading, the owner told me that the trend hair colors fade quickly if they're not taken care of properly and not washed in cold water. It's not my first time coloring my hair, at-home or in a salon, but it faded to half of what it was before I had even washed it, because I know to not wash it right away to ensure the color sets in well. But to have it start fading before day 3 of having it done and then lectured about how I had to have done something wrong when I hadn't even done anything outside of brushing my hair out is unacceptable.

I get manis from April Skinner. She is the expert on nails so I know they will always turn out great. She is super friendly too. I also go to Tina Hedden for hair. Tina is always professional and does great cuts and color. I highly recommend both ladies!Services: Acrylic nails

I got my hair done here for my wedding with Sierra and she was amazing. She was easy to work with and made my vision come to life. For my whole bridal party she also brought another stylist from the Obie, Morgan, and she also did fantastic. All of the ladies’ hair stayed perfectly in place all day, would 10/10 recommend the Obie salon!Service: Hairstyling

If I could post zero stars for professionalism I would. Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. The person openly admitted to not know what she was doing, she said that eyebrows were not what they specialized in, and she did not know how to shape them or make them match. when I was done my eyebrows were bad and I was very upset. It did not matter I was still charged. I had to fix them myself. Highly disappointed!
