I just performed at a local festival and the stage production was magnificently run by Sight and Sound!! Outstanding professionalism and preparation, the entire night ran like a well oiled machine. I bought my first guitar here 17 years ago and actually used it onstage this past weekend! I highly recommend any of their products and services.

Fair prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and willing to work with you to figure out your music and audio needs. I’ve been working with them on a good audio setup for my upcoming wedding, and I’m very happy with the customer service I’ve received. I highly recommend Sight & Sound. We’re lucky to have them in Muncie.

Great service. Great selection. They get the Squier Paranormal series in the store. A really nice selection of used gear on hand. They have some B stock at times. That can really save you some green. Everything from professional level to beginners. Love them.

Incredible service, I don't believe any of the bad reviews left here. The owner is very busy but still made time to see me, and the workers are all very knowledgeable and experienced. If you need anything music related or just want to browse I highly recommend stopping by for a visit.

Earlier today, I sold them a guitar for "$400" but they short-changed me $20, and I only got $380. I counted the money three different times in my car, and it was only $380. The manager (and the other guy working the front desk) didn't give me a receipt or anything proving that I sold my guitar to them. I asked the manager shortly before the transaction was finalized if I would have to sign a form or something proving the transaction would take place, and he said, "yeah." Since they gave me straight cash, I wouldn't have been able to dispute the missing $20 even if I came back into the store immediately after leaving since they didn't give me a receipt.I was never given any documentation saying that they bought a guitar from me...the whole transaction seemed frustrating and rushed...which it shouldn't of been since there were only 1 or 2 customers besides me in the store and the silly "Elvis's Son" talking to management.I had 9 pages of personal paperwork that I would like back. The store insisted that they kept 9 pages of my personal emails and other documents that I had in a red folder in the front pouch of my guitar case. I told the manager that some of my 9 pages of paperwork had my personal information on it. Instead of giving my personal documents back to me, the manager insisted that I black out my personal information with a permanent marker before he seized my documents. I could understand making copies (maybe), but your store has no right to keep my personal papers and effects without my explicit permission, which I never gave.Also, it took the guy at the front desk a while to figure out that my guitar was a Gibson SG. My guitar clearly said SG on the guitar, and it said even said Gibson SG on the little card that comes with it...the guy said something about it being a "Les Paul" and he had to lookup the guitar model online...since he didn't believe the "SG" markings at first.

An incredible store that you have to stop in to see. Jacob and lighting crew were so amazing to work with at our Christmas concert we do every year. Kind, Fast, efficient and a hard working crew. Jacob is one incredible light tech!!! Sight and sound took our show to a whole other level! Highly recommend Sight and Sound for all of your music, sound and lighting needs.
