When in there to purchase gas they charge my card over $5000 refuse to refund me. I had to go through my cardholder and tell them that it was a theft from the gas station and they stopped it. Took about 6 months to get the money back. They're. Complete? Thieves and I. Would? Not go. There? Whatsoever

No toilet paper, no paper towels was given a key but the door didn't look just have to pretend it is locked and the cashier knew already knew about everything and the door no apology at all I don't need his service and he don't need mine.

It has the best customer service ever, always very friendly and professional staff. Cleanest gas station in muncie. It even has hand sanitizers at the pumps and inside .

This gas station sold my 16 year old grand daughter tobacco products and I have the receipt to prove it. I think it was those Juul pods and if it was I hope you all rot because she is in the ER right now having seizure after seizure and her heart is racing.

Awful. The pump charged money but did not release any gas. I noticed that and immediately went to the front desk for a solution. The man let me wait until he served other customers. Then he called his manager, and told me that he could do nothing. He said it could be the problem of my car. How ridiculous!!! I had the receipt at hand with time and money charged. I had my car parked there. The guy just did not want to even check their pump. I ultimately got money back by calling my credit card company. Shell has the worst service ever. I also had a shell gift card in Indiana and was used by somebody in California. Try to avoid using it anyways.
