“Very easy to book the storage. We got a good deal with 40% off + 1 month free as well. I’ve stored here twice now since I’ve been in college, and I’ve never had a problem. I wish you could access more entrances though with your passcode. We were only able to use 1 and sometimes there were traffic jams with other groups moving in and out as well.”
“While trying to use the kiosk inside, the office gentleman came to see if I needed help. Which actually I did because the lady I was speaking to at the kiosk had trouble hearing me. So, I was glad when he came to help! I'm terrible with names, unfortunately I do not remember his. However he was very professional and helped me with everything I needed and got me set up with the unit I needed. This is the 2nd time renting. Great prices, and in a convenient location. Thanks!!”

“I cannot recommend Brad’s enough! It has been a great experience. Absolutely no complaints, no trouble with gate, always accessible. The front office is extremely efficient, always in and out in minutes. Storage units are very clean. No sign of any bugs or animals. They do upkeep on property, replacing, adding new units, etc. Again, a great experience!”

Ashley was always super helpful and friendly. A great employee. If it wasn't for Ashley being so nice and helpful, I'd have only given this place a 2 or 3 star rating.

Cons:
Self described as climate controlled, but after Cubesmart took over ownership, storage was superhot during summer, and cold in winter. Climate controlled must mean there's a roof overhead.
We'd drive by after hours and see the outside security access door stuck wide open on several occasions on both storage buildings, with no customers around. We'd stop and push them shut.
At times the moving dollies were nowhere to be found
Bathroom stunk.
Many of the overhead lights did not work, had no bulbs. Had to take out own flashlights.
Main gripe is that when Cubesmart took over ownership last year, my monthly storage rate increased from around $150 to $190. I would have moved my stuff immediately, but had too much to move again to another facility. It seems that when Cubesmart took over, quality went down, but prices went wayyyy up. Finally got moved out of there”

“I've used this storage facility for several years now and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I like that you have to put in your unit number and a personal code to get in and out of the facility. That way there's a record of who goes in and out, and when. I'm sure you can find cheaper places in Muncie to store your stuff, but I doubt you'll get the peace of mind that you will using Jud.”

“I believe the gentlemen who waited on me was Devin. He went above & beyond in every way. After a solid week of moving, 4 days in extreme 100° heat, I was mentally & physically exhausted, severely stressed, and he did everything he could to accommodate us and make it easier to get to my climate-controlled storage (he gave me the closest unit possible) and he arranged for me to return my truck here instead of a location 40 minutes away. U-Haul is who you want to go with whether moving locally or one-way. Most other companies charge you a $500+ drop fee for not returning your truck or trailer to same location. U-Haul does not. For a 26' truck, 18 moving pads, and an appliance hand truck (dolly), I paid $342.80. I will ALWAYS use U-Haul for all of my DIY moves. Thanks U-Haul and thanks to Devin, Geneva, Shelby, and the others who assisted my family.”

“We had our camper with Sandi Corporation storage for four years. Dan and Sandi, the owners and Logan, the manager, are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The price is reasonable and we never worried about the security of our camper because all access to the facility is supervised. The facility is clean and well maintained. There is water and electrical service available which was a big help when prepping our camper for trips. This facility was a good value for the money.”
