Ordered a sprayer online and when I got there the wrong one was pulled and they couldn't find the correct one. Now I have been on the phone with customer service for 28 minutes trying to get my money back.
Don’t bother calling their customer support. I just did after they asked me to and they did nothing

Went for a certain brand of 2 cycle oil and other service items. Was informed that the company was sold out and directed to the next best company to provide equally, if not better products. Was grateful for the information and service. Staff was AWESOME ?

We don't have a Rural King where I live (wish we did), but it's always fun to walk through their store. BUT, the bathrooms are disgusting, I try to never use them because every store I've been to were very dirty and they have holes in the wall, I feel like if I do use it I'll need to get a hepatitis shot.

This place has really gone downhill. Whoever places orders to restock their inventory desperately needs retrained or replaced. I've never seen a place so consistently out of stock of basic things. I've gone in 4 days in a row for softener salt and they are out. They are constantly out of stock of Timothy pellets. If you try to inquire about anything, the staff is clueless. I went to a few different people in one day to simply find out when their next order comes in or who/when an order is placed for restock and I still couldn't get a proper answer. Tractor Supply exceeds Rural King at keeping their inventory stocked and meeting customer service needs.
