Staff is extremely rude and become hostile and judgmental if you do not agree to an up-sale of a sterilization procedure. They attempt to shame you if you can not afford it. Do not recommend. 0/10

My little dog was not feeling well. They got him right in and found that he had an urinary tract infection. Put him on antibiotics and he's back to being playful and happy. Great job.
