I can’t recommend this business and Nick Meeks enough. Nick clearly understands the value of customer service and was fantastic to work with purchasing our new Zero Turn mower. If you appreciate honest, hard working people, give Nick a call!!

We've spent $30K+ here, yet when I go in to get a part or product, I'm disregarded and men are attended to before me. I think you have to be a regular here to be shown respectful service.

Recently purchased a 2013 John Deere 1790 planter and we're having trouble with the seed monitoring system and seed meter adjustments and we have been trying to figure it out without a paper manual. We were supposed to be getting a manual shortly after the planter showed up but so far since delivery of the planter we are still waiting on a manual. So far Michael has been good to work with getting the correct parts sorted out and sent to us. There were a few items that we bought with the planter that the correct quantity did not show up and we had to take inventory of everything upon arrival..... So far Michael has done okay getting those things sorted out for the most part. Still have a few items on the list to sort out how they're going to make it right but at this point I feel like they will. For example two corn plates showed up as the drill your own holes kind and I had to buy two more ProMax 40 plates locally to get corn planted and new parallel arms and all hardware and bushings for the corn rows (both upper and lower) four of them were supposed to be the long arms and I had to sort out with our local dealer in Missouri an exchange / pay the difference for the 4 sets of long arms.... New ProMax 40 corn plates and parallel arms were part of the original purchase agreement. There were a few items their shop should have caught when they were checking over the planter but again it appears they are going to make it right. We have provided the labor for all of the troubleshooting and installation of parts: seals on wing vac tubes and center section vac baffle were all damaged or missing and not sealing making the vacuum erratic and hard to control, vac tubes were filled with debris and had to be cleaned out, the seed meters were adjusted in so tight the seed disc were rubbing extremely hard on the aluminum housings, the pressure sensor for the pneumatic down pressure system was bad and the air compressor would not shut off when pressured up, one rock shaft cylinder was leaking when we let it down for the first time and they worked with us to get it fixed, and as previously stated the seed monitoring system on the rear rows seems to be giving issues of some kind.... Waiting for dry weather to plant again and see if the meter adjustments made a difference. So far they have been working with us to get things sorted out just taking a while to get everything figured out. Will update review as soon as everything is sorted out.6-28-22 Update: Spoke with Michael a couple months ago about resolving the outstanding list for the planter and still don’t have things finalized. Waiting on answers on the seed monitoring as well as to settle up on the parts that we bought outright after the planter showed up that Reynold’s owes us for.

My zero turn mower had issues that were hard to diagnose. They continued to try different things and did not charge me. They were very kind, understanding and resolved the problem. I highly recommend them!
