Very good service in changing the brakes, they don't adjust the tires well for a little and I get the tires out of my car

I brought my car in on June 2nd for routine servicing at the Quick Lane. I paid $100 for an oil/filter change, tire balancing and rotation, and a multipoint inspection. I waited at the dealership for 1 hour 15 minutes and had what appeared to be a relatively good experience. When I got home, I noticed that my tires had not been rotated because I have one wheel that has a couple scratches and it was in the same place as before. I thought they simply forgot the rotation and balancing obviously since the tire had not been removed. I the went to check the oil dip stick and to my surprise the oil was still dark and dirty looking, but slightly lighter than it had been previously. They had obviously added oil because it was significantly overfull. I had to change the oil myself the next day because it was the weekend and they were not open until Monday. I measured the drained oil and found that it was roughly a quart and a half overfull. I checked the dipstick a few day before I took it in and it was a little low. I spent two weeks afterwards trying to get in touch with the service manager or anyone would care to hear of my experience. The service employee I spoke to on multiple occasions was very rude and obviously had no desire to help me. When I finally got to speak to the manager, he admitted his best mechanic forgot to rotate my tires. He couldn't say for certain if the oil was changed or not. This was an absolute waste of time and money. I really don't think that they did anything to my car when it was there other than add a couple quarts of oil. This is absolutely not the place to take your car for servicing! I have to really wonder if this is just their standard business practice for servicing vehicles. I will never be returning to this dealership or any other Hubler Dealership again!Services: Tires

Had an oil change there, when I got home I was reading the receipt and saw I got charged for 6 qts of oil. The manual says it only holds 4.5qts. Male sure you check your receipt if you go there!

This place was GREAT! I don’t mean with the repairs that they done excellent work on but their staff was really NICE helpful and supportive! I had to have major repairs to the front wheel and hub and they completely went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this place and especially Parker! He was the BEST

I would ? recommend Quick Lane in Muncie to anyone and everyone! It was my first visit today. I was a walk-in oil change. They got me in right away. Staff were friendly, respectful and professional. In 25 minutes they had me on the road. They did a system check, topped off my fluids, and gave me a free carwash. There were a couple items on my car report that I need to address, but they did not pressure me to buy anything additional. No more subpar service at other places! Quick Lane will continue to have my business for many years to come! Thank you!Services: Wheel alignment

Processed a battery exchange under warranty for me. They had to work hard to get Motorcraft approval of the exchange, but did not complain and came through for me! Really appreciate their service.

I took my Hyundai Tucson hybrid that only had 8000 miles on it for a oil change. It did not take Long for service. But After that I drove to the south side of town with no problems but within 5 minutes of driving the check engine light came on I called quick lane 10 minutes before they closed .they had to send out some technicians to which they found the oil filter was not tight which they changed the filter and drained the remaining oil (about a half quart) and put all new oil I'm I just hoping that there was not damage done that can't be seen

They usually get stuff done but can take a while and/or their estimates are always way off. Otherwise a good experience.

We went there to have the brakes done and flush the radiator system. We knew it wasn't going to be as quick as an oil change. But was greatful they had the correct parts and was done in a few hours instead of a few days where we had taken it for the rear brakes.Very pleased with their service, and everything was neet and clean including their work area

I took my truck in for the works quick change and I can say nothing was quick about it. When I spoke to the lady at the counter (who was very nice and thorough in our discussion) I specifically told her I wanted to ensure they checked the brakes all the way around as this truck is new to me. I do think she told them in the shop too but when I was paying I noticed nothing documented on the paperwork so I asked the guy taking my payment if they were indeed checked and he assured me they were. When going to my truck the guy in the shop told me to have a good day so I asked him how they looked and he said front looked ok. Never even checked the back because they are drum brakes and nobody wants to do anything if it isn’t easy. He did take it back in at my request but I didn’t get a great feeling he knew much about them so guess after paying $70 for an oil change I will still have to do it myself to be sure. I was using this service as a gauge to see if this is a dealer I might want to purchase from next and can honestly say I will not after this. Live and learn but like the old saying says you only get one chance to make a good first impression. Very nice people so I hate to leave this review but you want to feel confident after your car is worked on and I wasn’t.Service: Oil change

I took my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation, I bought my vehicle at the attached dealership ship less then a year ago. It had previously been serviced at quick lane in January. In January I was told the lug nuts were swollen but that was the only issue reported. I took my vehicle again in May, one of the lug broke, because it had previously been cross threaded. They could not get the broken lug stud out. They also told me I had not sway bars. I had that fixed along with the oil change. They also charged me for my supposed complementary oil change. In June my vehicle started make a noise on the driver side. So I took it to a garage. They called me to tell me who ever put the wheel back on did not get it seated right and 2 lug nuts where lose. So since I’ve only had it serviced at quick lane not very happy the level of service I gotten.Services: Steering & suspension repair
