  All I heard is we only have 3 techs... I've worked in garages changing oil & tires, doesn't take 1.5 hrs to complete a simple task. Poor training from Ford

  If something on your car needs replaced, I would call around to see if you can get it replaced elsewhere for less cost; when they inspected my car and told me I need new brakes, they told me it would cost $500. I went to another place that said it would cost $300. Also their oil change with inspection was $95.

  It wouldn't be so bad if they would actually put the bolt on my undercarriage back up this time around that I had it done, they didn't and it broke off.
