We stayed here last night. We reserved a king suite and were told on arrival they didn’t have any available so they gave us a room with 2 queen beds. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot so they weren’t booked up. The room was disgusting. There was hair in the tub, the floors dirty, they only provided us with 1 towel and it was stained. We had to request soap and towels because the soaps in the room were used. When they were brought to us the lady was rude and asked me if we really needed them. The towels were worn and tiny. None of the outlets worked except the one with the tv. One of the beds had blood stains on the sheets and would flip up if you laid on one side which caused my husband to fall out of the bed twice. The whole building smells like mold and mildew. The free breakfast was Little Debbie’s and 3 open bowls of cereal with no bowls to use. The shower never got hot. This place is gross and run down. We will never stay here again. I’m scared I’m going to bring bed bugs home. Don’t spend your money here!

We reserved a king size room, but were told they didn't have any clean when we arrived after 7pm. They gave us a queen size w/ jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi tub looked dirty and there was not any towels or wash clothes in the room when we arrived. When I sat on the side of the bed it flipped up, startling me. The mattress was not sitting on the base correctly and was not noticeable until sitting on it. Over all the hotel is cheap and dirty. We will never stay there again!!

Didn’t even have the opportunity to stay here, and by the other reviews on this page it looks like I dodged a bullet. Wanted to stop in Muncie for the night on my trip and wanted an affordable option. Got to the front desk at 10:30 pm and there was nobody working the front desk. There is a number to call if no one is at the front desk and after calling it 5 times and realizing nobody is going to assist us, we decided to stay at the Hilton and I think we made the correct call.

I stay in hotels every week from mon-friday and have don't such since 2018. This hotel is by far the most disgusting and horrible smelling i've ever stayed in. Couldn't even take a shower because the towels were so dirty, mold everywhere, and smells so horrible you have to sleep with the window open. Try to find a spot under a bridge overpass for the night it'll be more accommodating.

I’ll start with the cleanliness in this hotel is very low. Our sofa bed still had the sheets and blankets from whoever stayed before us and the room as a weird smell. We were told we would not get more comforter sets and were only given some more pillows.
The breakfast isn’t what is pictured. The only thing warm is waffles. There’s a couple cereals, but no bowls. Bread to toast, but no butter or jelly. Then some packaged sweets like oatmeal cream pies and cinnamon rolls.
Also when I went to check in, they give me a jacuzzi room instead of the Queen with a sofa bed I had booked. At first I was told I did not book the room I knew I had booked, so I looked it up and showed her and was then told “that’s your problem, not mine”. My husband and I had our two girls so it would’ve been almost impossible for all of us to fit in one queen bed and I stressed this to them. She had us wait and then told us she would help us and give us a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed.
Overall the experience at this hotel has been one of the worst I’ve had. It is in a good location, surrounded by hotels that seem like very good hotels, so it’s like it’s disguised as a really good hotel. We paid nearly $100 a night after taxes and whatnot, just go ahead and pay some more to go to one of the others.

Hope you like mold, dust, warm water(not hot) and changing rooms because if you don't get all three on one you might get a light fixture falling out with no working fridge in another.
Wake up wheezing? Check out the ac filter! Google won't even let me add the photo.
Safety: Hope you don't have a sensitivity to dust and mold.
Google wanted me to pick noteworthy points if I wanted to review. So disregard the view.
They were nice enough to switch rooms but every room seems to have problems.

Good location that’s about it. Booked a 2 queen bed room when we arrived we were told that due to hotel renovation we could not be accommodated to that room. When offered a one queen one pullout couch the couch mattress had blood on the sheets and mattress and the second room they tried to put us in while much cleaner was missing the power cord to the tv after we were just told the room was %100 ready. Would
Not choose this hotel again. Went to best western in Gas city instead. Bunch of lazy loser Hoosiers here.

We stay here several times a year for business. It seems to be going down hill fast. You can't understand the desk help anymore. The carpet in our room was filthy. I had to ask for a bath towel. A rude woman from the front desk knocked on our door to mumble something about not being a dog friendly holel. We had already told the desk we had service dogs when we checked in. She left and didn't come back to apologize for the mistake. We have discussed these problems and others with our promoter that books our rooms, he is looking for somewhere else to stay. They quit making the rooms if you stay more than one nite .
Don't stay in room 103, they have taken out what they need in other rooms, the refrigerator, hair dryer etc. carpet stained, door sticks.

The ultimate most disgusting place I've ever stayed ?. I should have looked at the reviews. Big hole in the floor nextvto the AC unit with mold and bugs, didnt see until the next morning unfortunatly.. my sister has breathing problems and her oxygen wentbto 72 and were sure itxwas due to molds. Burns on bed spread, sheets. Hair in the ice bucket, I don't think anything but the bed. After I checked put and went to the Amazing Marriot, I wish i jad booked them first! I heard they even had bed bugs!!! Im so glad I didn't see that. The place should be condemned and I don't know who in their right mind could even think this is acceptable. The pool wasnt working either, I heard the ceiling had mold and parts had fallen on peope while swimming 2 years ago..., yet they still say they have a pool. The Baymont is ran by the same people. Note to self, check reviews first!

Having read a few reviews on Priceline I called and asked if the pool was open. This was important to me that we would have the opportunity to swim. After confirmation that the pool was in fact open when we arrived at 3:00pm I was extremely disappointed to find out the pool was in fact not open. And hadn’t been open for months. Truthfully that’s just rude. Why waste my time? So now waste yours reading this review.
The room was smelly but in a depressing way. I walked around with perfume so it would smell a little better. After taking the blankets off the bed as well as the pillows I felt comfortable enough to go around and do self cleaning.
I have an extremely bad allergy to peanuts/peanut butter and felt extremely anxious that with finding Peanut Butter Cups on the floor I would have an allergic reaction. I then super wiped everything down and ran to grab more disinfectant. When I went into the bathroom to do a quick wipe down I realized that the floor was dirty and there was hair on the shower from someone else. This is just lazy. The guest books are super outdated and this could be an easy task for employees. The blankets and pillows had crusted on who knows what and there are a concerning color of finger prints on the lamp.
When it was time to check out I couldn’t find anyone. So I called their number and still no one. That’s just cute.
