Rick Baldwin was very easy to work with. He was professional and super helpful in understanding the confusing and scary part of buying a house, * the money * he kept us up to date with every step of the process. We were always very excited to get updated emails from Rick. My husband and I would stop what we were doing to read it, if we weren’t together, we would text each other to make sure they saw the newest update. We were very pleased with how smooth and detailed the dreaded mortgage part of the process went from the first step to the last step, I would recommend Rick and his team a million times over again.
