“I love this Walmart I really do I love this Walmart.. but there are a couple of women that work at the self-checkout, they are hateful and mean.. I mean if you don't like helping people than don't work in self checkout Isle.. besides that I absolutely love this Walmart. Other than that mean old lady that was at the self-checkout all the other people are nice I always get help when I need it I mean they're always great”

“I went in 15 minutes before they closed, the woman before me treated the tech with such disrespect but this man had outstanding manners and patience. I come in after her and ask for my script (that wasn't ready and they were closing.)
I explained my situation was dire due to my disability and the same tech went and filled it himself! After just being treated so poorly he still took care of me! 5 stars for this pharmacy. You have no idea the lives you changed tonight now I can work functionally to care for my patients. God bless you!”

“Walgreens is my go to quick shopping trip. Ok unless I wanna look for good deals and clearance items I might just take a bit longer here. Such a variety of stuff. From my supplements to hair products. I love trying all the new shampoos, conditioners and leave in conditioners. Sometime i get my makeup here as well. Good for quick quality gifts. Most generally I'll always be back. Very recommended.”

“The pharmacy team here at the Jackson Walgreens location is amazing! ❤ They have been helpful on many occasions before, but this occurrence today made me want to write a review. They really go above and beyond for customers!Side story: My husband and I had pharmacy clinic appointments scheduled weeks in advance for today (01-04-2022 @10am) at the 100 E. McGalliard Walgreens location and when we arrived, there was a sign on the entrance door stating that the pharmacy was closed until 2pm. We didn't receive a voicemail or anything about this short notice. The cashier desk staff told me to try again later at 2pm. My husband and I are third shifters, it's not so easy just to come back later...especially when we already took PTO for this appointment. Very unprofessional and I left very frustrated.So, we drove to the Jackson Walgreens and the pharmacy staff squeezed us into their already busy waiting area. Since we had our appointment confirmation from the other location, they were able to help us. I am extremely thankful for their service and understanding! Seriously, thank you so much!!! You guys saved our day!! ❤”
“I have had good experiences at this Meijer location the few times myself or my boyfriend have been, but today was exceptional. I have new insurance, but new provider was not going to cover my refill until I see my new primary care doctor (even though I have remaining refills on last insurance with a copay). Understandable, but the Rx is nearly $200 and offers no generics. The cashier was very patient and Heather C., the technician, took over and became my guardian angel. It required patience on my behalf, as these things do, and she kept updating me on her process. We worked together and found a discount code that brought it down to $25. She never read impatient or frustrated with me and i felt she is very compassionate. While I waited I observed a lot of helpful and cheerful employees helping elders, letting them know what they were buying was buy one get one and retrieving it for them, it was really beautiful to witness the entire staff there today. Great job!! ?”

“The Morrison store in muncie In is not user friendly. In Particular the pharmacy hours are confusing and not customer oriented. The whole attitude of Walgreens seems to be we don’t care about you , we just want your money. don’t bother us.”

“The young gentleman that waited on me was very nice and very helpful. The medication I was getting filled was very expensive, even with insurance coverage (over $800.00). I had a Good RX coupon and he tried to use it but the medication was more with Good RX than my insurance. He also tried Single Care and the result was the same on cost as Good RX. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I would like to thank him for all his help. Sorry I do not remember his name.”
