“I can't say much about the store but the Pharmacy is great. They do need more help but they are always spot on, never grouchy and help with any way they can. I have been to almost all pharmacy's in Muncie, Payless Tillotson outshines them all. I wish that they could get more help because everyone works their hind end off. Keep up the good work!!!!”

“I went in 15 minutes before they closed, the woman before me treated the tech with such disrespect but this man had outstanding manners and patience. I come in after her and ask for my script (that wasn't ready and they were closing.)
I explained my situation was dire due to my disability and the same tech went and filled it himself! After just being treated so poorly he still took care of me! 5 stars for this pharmacy. You have no idea the lives you changed tonight now I can work functionally to care for my patients. God bless you!”

“HUGE SHUTOUT ! For the employees who worked this Christmas Eve, I work for AutoZone and didn't get off until 7pm. Everything was closed except that store so I went in got three gift cards for 75 dollars apiece for my kids.. Here's the awesome part, when I went to pay the young lady questioned me for the purpose of having 3 gift cards.. explain it was for my kids Christmas gift.. I loved they asked, with all the scammers who want to use gifts cards to steal money, and you guys are protecting customers so they wouldn't fall victim.. Thank you and keep up being vigilant...”

“The pharmacy team here at the Jackson Walgreens location is amazing! ❤ They have been helpful on many occasions before, but this occurrence today made me want to write a review. They really go above and beyond for customers!Side story: My husband and I had pharmacy clinic appointments scheduled weeks in advance for today (01-04-2022 @10am) at the 100 E. McGalliard Walgreens location and when we arrived, there was a sign on the entrance door stating that the pharmacy was closed until 2pm. We didn't receive a voicemail or anything about this short notice. The cashier desk staff told me to try again later at 2pm. My husband and I are third shifters, it's not so easy just to come back later...especially when we already took PTO for this appointment. Very unprofessional and I left very frustrated.So, we drove to the Jackson Walgreens and the pharmacy staff squeezed us into their already busy waiting area. Since we had our appointment confirmation from the other location, they were able to help us. I am extremely thankful for their service and understanding! Seriously, thank you so much!!! You guys saved our day!! ❤”

She said hi - welcome - asked me if I needed assistance - guided me to exactly what I needed - and then happily checked me out. Muncie is a twin that needs so many more friendly and helpful people. You should feel happy to have her as an employee. My husband's company just passed us to cvs. He's diabetic type 1. I'm happy that Tammy will be there to help me laugh it all off.”

“My doctor's office was not returning my call or sending in my meds for me, so I called the pharmacy and asked them to reach out to them for me. They did, and my meds were in within less than twelve hours of our conversation (which was later in the evening or I'm sure it would have been even sooner)! I'm so grateful to these wonderful people for making sure I got what I needed when I was starting to feel hopeless. I've also used this pharmacy for several years and they're always very friendly and helpful.”
