They came in for an evaluation to be able to be excepted for the day care/ boarding facilities. I like the idea of this so that there won’t be any surprises the day we board. They also have a large facility for boarding/ grooming and play areas. I like that we have the ability to know that our dogs will have all-day play while we are on vacation.

Lucky dog salon
3620 North Broadway Avenue, MuncieLucky Dog Salon is so amazing with my boy, Vader!!!!!! He usually gets a bath and a nail trim. The staff is the absolute nicest group of people. They even let my dog pick out his own toy one day! I am always so impressed and happy with the service and care.

Riverview Animal Hospital
109 S Country Club Rd, MuncieAfter the issues we faced with another local vet (which caused me to have PTSD), I was nervous to see Dr Reese. Her staff was welcoming. Dr Reese got on the floor to talk to Rozzi and do her exam. On. The. Floor. She gave her spray cheese (which I now must buy) to distract her and also get Rozzi to warm up to her (Rozzi loves allll the food). I was sure the cost of the visit plus meds was going to be over $300. Nope! Not even close! I asked if the meds had been added to my bill because I was shocked. Dr Reese explained everything including the possible and rare side effects of Rozzi’s meds. It was a great experience. We have finally found our vet.

Care Animal Hospital
3601 N Nebo Rd, MuncieLong and emotional update: This place is always worth the drive. We've been back a number of times since the original post. Seabeck remembered my little road kitty, and is always super excited to see his progress; whether good notes or good memory, both make a good doctor! Not as exciting, we found a one week old kitten outside in the rain. He was doing great, but when he wasn't, they had an appointment made for an hour later. We showed up 30mins before the appointment, and they took him back immediately. I'm not sure what strings were or weren't pulled, but I'm eternally grateful for them. They fought hard for him, and comforted us after he was gone. Little brings more comfort than to actually hear them doing everything they could. She asked what we wanted to do, but didn't ask too many questions (thank god). I didn't get any names unfortunately, but someone was so kind and kept apologizing, recognizing us from a recent appointment. One was a planned euthanasia, one was an emergency appointment. The funeral home they partner with gives a beautiful package when you pick up your pet, or they'll bury the ashes in a garden.
Original: First time we came here, I brought in a shelter cat for his free visit. A very kind staff member recognized him from when he was getting neutered and shots! She showed me pictures with him as a baby. Then, we go in yesterday for a kitten found in the road, and Dr. Seabeck and the other staff members took great care of this baby. They listened to my concerns, wrote everything down, and followed up on them. Dr. Seabeck was very honest in our options while still being very empathetic and gentle. We made a follow up appointment, received estimates with a full itemized list, and left feeling encouraged.

Receptionist were so kind and caring, Sami helped relieve a lot of the worries I had about my pup. Drs were very involved and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Dr. Avila did an amazing job at removing my poor dogs drain from his wound, and assured me of the recovery process. They even clipped my boys nails while he was sedated. I cannot thank them enough! So glad I trusted them with my baby, and you should too!

413 S Tillotson Ave Suite 2, MuncieI absolutely Love this place the employees are so nice and gentle with my puppy I was hesitant at first due to some reviews I saw but the owner answered all of my questions explained that the reviews were left by a older employee and etc they always are so careful with my puppy never once have I picked her up and noticed anything bad my pup is always so happy to see me and she looks amazing their prices are very nice, which is obviously just a plus side they do a full treatment on my puppy with a blueberry scrub for her eyes and whitening shampoo. They trim and grind her nails down. And so much more just for like 55 bucks or less I will always bring my puppy here and the way I see it is for anybody who is reading this review is don’t always believe everything you see on the Internet. You can’t judge a book by its cover give this place a chance they’re amazing. The building is great as well. This is a gem that is worth the trip to Muncie if you do not live there

Elm Street Brewing Company
519 N Elm St, MuncieHave heard good things about ESB, and as a first time visitor I wasn't disappointed. Food was pretty decent, and on par with what you would pay elsewhere. I don't drink much anymore, but my son liked the selections that he tried. We were there on a Thursday evening, and I really enjoyed listening to Annette sing. I plan to come back and hear her perform again soon!
