I can't say much about the store but the Pharmacy is great. They do need more help but they are always spot on, never grouchy and help with any way they can. I have been to almost all pharmacy's in Muncie, Payless Tillotson outshines them all. I wish that they could get more help because everyone works their hind end off. Keep up the good work!!!!

Really need to hire more cashiers for this location. No matter what time of day I am here I’ve always had to wait in extremely long lines. Even at the self checkout. “Which is normally the only 1 of 2” lanes that are open.

Only pharmacy in town on Christmas Eve that had my 10 year old sons antibiotic. The man on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Wow...... Not only did they have people lined down the aisle their were so many and they wouldn't call for any help. They were incredibly incompetent!!!! I had my insurance card that helps pay for food. The woman manager comes over and tells me to use food stamps first. That makes 0 sense. It would just use all food stamps and leave 0 for insurance. She assures me this is how their store works. Their systems just changed. Guess what happened... Exactly what I said would. INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK...EVER!!! THEY LOST A VERY VALUABLE CUSTOMER!!!!!?

I sent in a pick up order in. I was there on time but after setting there with about six other people for about 15 minutes they sent a girl out and I was told they hadn't started my order yet. The one question I have is that you knew you were short of people so way take orders and make everyone mad. You really should of sent a manager out instead of a employee. I do like your store on river road. This was first time ordering from this store and probably my last. I'm a senior citizen and do have a problem walking very far. You guys just sent me back to Meijer. If you are short of employes plan that way. It's better to be told you can't handle any more orders then drive there and told you we're short of staff and it wasn't ready. Thanks for listening.

I always find the most random specials when I pop into Pay Less. Once, I found fancy gelato on a fluke sale for 25 cents! And other time, my son's formula was discounted 75%, so you know I bought it all! Other than that, it's consistently a small town grocery store. My co-workers like to tease me about "Muncie" prices because they are so much cheaper than where I live in Indianapolis. I should maybe bring a cooler and stock up here before heading back to Indy?? They also have frozen alcohol pops, which can be tricky to find, so that's a win for me!
