Even when the line started to pile up behind, and only the 2 of them working, they helped figure out a complex task and didn’t make me feel rushed. They took the time to make sure I fully understood the problem and we got it fixed after a few minutes. Those in line were not happy, that I had apparently used more than my fair share of time at the teller station. They can keep trying to rush these employees who are handling YOUR money. But don’t come back in demanding to Speak to a manager because your transaction wasn’t done right because you were rushing them.”
