Honestly if I could give a negative I would. This place had my instruments for months for overhauls and cleanings. When I finally got them back its clear they were barely cleaned and one has an issue that needs resolved. Never again.Update: After my initial review Q&F reached out. The gentleman I spoke with truly seemed to care about my experience and wanted to set things right as much as possible. I took one of the instruments back, which they cleaned again and did some additional work on, all free of charge. It now looks and plays great! I will leave the initial review, but am updating my score to reflect the follow up. To listen to my concerns, make improvements based on them, and the desire to make things right goes a long way, and now, I WILL again. :)

Great customer service and so happy they have Saturday hours. I found a music stand and some sheet music and the clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Not at all a fan. Had to take kiddos flute in three times in a year a a half. Last time they replaced all the pads, oiled it replaced corks, etc. That was maybe 3 months ago. Went bad again. School sent it to a different shop and fou d out none of the pads had been replaced, corks were imitation and that it appeared no work had been done on it at all. Sad. Apparently they used to be good before they were bought out by a firm from Chicago. I guess if you need books or supplies they are okay, but I would not trust them with repairs.

This store stocks almost anything my band students ever needed. If they don't stock it, they get it in like 2 or 3 days. Very friendly people, and they don't overcharge like some other music stores in central Indiana.

Charged me $10.00 to solder a brace on my tuba. Ummm- nope. Not going to comeback here for minor repair work. Will find another place. Nope. Lost my business.
