Very pleasant experience! They had the car in and out on the same day, pretty reasonable price for the exhaust work they performed, my car sounds the best it has sounded since I have owned it. Highly recommended this shop for exhaust work!

I wanted to make sure that I left a review because Shane is a very rare person...he's honest and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied. I had alot of work done to my car and after they were all done, there was a terrible vibration in my car plus my check engine light came on. All I had to do was call and Shane bent over backwards to make sure the vibration was gone without charging me anything. Now, that is rare. Oh, I also need to mention the fact that Gary picked me up and dropped me off whenever I needed it. These guys are wonderful! I can't say enough good things about them. I will definitely go back to them!Service: Exhaust

Muncie muffler brake & auto deserves 10 stars. My exhaust came apart and was dragging while driving in town. I called them up at 10:52 a.m. After talking to the gentleman on the phone, he told me he could get me in, take a look, and give me an estimate. Not only was the price extremely fair, I was out the door in roughly 20 minutes. When I get honesty, service, and a business that goes above and beyond, I gave a 50% tip for the convenience and didn't even bat an eye. My daughter is a student at ball state . Was on her way to work and whilst driving her shifter cable on her mid sized suv broke and left her stranded ,I sourced the shifter cable and drove to Muncie and found this shop , the service guy was very knowledgeable and professional. The price I was quoted was very reasonable and the vehicle was repaired and she was back on the road in a couple hours. I would definitely recommend Muncie muffler for all vehicle repairs.. they did a great jobService: Transmission

I don't leave reviews, but had to make an exception for this place! It's rare these days to find good honest people who take pride in their work so Muncie Muffler is a breath of fresh air. They had us fixed up with new brake pads & rotors in an hour for a very fair price & the manager, Shane is a really cool guy. In the past we've taken our car to Midas & they tried to rip us off. Today we decided to try this spot & couldn't be happier!
