Mike and the whole crew were great to work with! They communicated all the issues about my car so that I knew exactly what to expect. They went above and beyond my expectations! I felt like I was a family friend. Mike even gave me his personal number in case I had any problems. So glad I went there for help.

A little while ago, I took my Landover to be worked on and Muncie Imports was the closest option for me at the time. I told them about the problems that I was having with my vehicle and they initially seemed interested in helping me. I then took the car in and they said they were ready for me to return the following day. The only thing they had for me was a stack of papers with codes on them that they charged me $100 dollars for. They did a engine light test that can be done for free at any auto parts store. I asked if they would be able to tell me anything about fixing my car and the owner or manager refused to do so and told me that they weren't interested in working on my vehicle. Unless you are an old rich guy with an E-type. They don't want anything to do with you. Find another repair shop.

This is an amazing operation car restoration and service center. They can do it all.From the cars I saw being worked on,the owners are expecting high end restorations.The cars looked great at various stages.

Muncie Imports & Classics has always done a great job of communicating and giving advice. They make sure to take care of you wether it be recommending places to get parts, or them fixing it themselves. They are professional, and have very reasonable prices to the point it feels like you're getting ripped off when you go to other stores/ dealerships.

I brought my car in for lifter chatter and they said, "Could not replicate lifter noise". And suggested I drive it until noise gets worse. I asked them to check my suspension and steering components, they didn't. They charged me over a hundred dollars and didn't check the spark plugs, air filter, oil pressure, or do a compression check on the head. They didn't check any of the linkages, the suspension or the power steering pump. I paid them a hundred dollars to open the hood, drive my car around for five minutes and to have them go, "I don't know what you're talking about." Lifter chatter is still there. Power steering pump still whines when the steering wheel is cranked near max. Don't even get me started on the brake job they did for the dealer when I bought the car. I should have known better.

Wow. Really impressed. Brought the Mercedes in for the equivalent of a ‘B Service’. They were thorough, extremely reasonable on price. We will definitely be coming back.
