“This is my second visit and purchased from a Unique Wireless Franchise. I purchased and Iphone from the Muncie McGalliard Store in 2014 and had an awesome experience with those sales individuals then, Brittany and Tracy I believe were their names. Yesterday I purchased another Iphone as my previous Iphone had suddenly crashed and seized to function. Laura and Brandon were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable in their service and sales of the Iphone I purchased from the Anderson Store. I highly recommend Laura and Brandon for their customer service and knowledge and I love my new Iphone!!”

We encountered many obstacles but he guided us through everyone with knowledge and professionalism. He kept our budget and interests in mind the whole time by locating the best family plan deal and phone for us. “Staff kind and helpful! Had to leave my phone for hours to move data to the new one. 4hrs later I went back to pick up n it still says 4hrs until finished. I thought every cell came with a home charger but my iPhone 11 came with a cord but no block to plug into so you can plug THAT in to charge but it only has a cord. I had only had an iPhone 6s long ago and I'm already really wondering if I should of just stayed with android. I think the staff should of told me this iPhone came with a cord but no block to charge it. Or mine was not in the bag. The store people opened everything helping me to move info from my old one. I hope I get happier about this purchase. I'm not right now.”

“The employees are so so kind, a young person in electronics was so helpful to me last Sunday around 9:30ish or so. They pointed me in the right direction when I couldn't find what I was looking for & was getting frustrated. They were so patient with me! Good customer service is important but often overlooked, I wish I had gotten the employees name! They were really helpful.”

“Not very happy with them! They didn't do a thing I asked them to do with my account! They even spelled my name wrong! To top it off, the woman I spoke with, I could barely understand her. She had such a different accent that I had to keep saying "I can't understand you can you please get me someone else, that never happened!" I am not happy with AT&T at all ?”

“I get my Amazon orders delivered there because I don't trust UPS drivers not to steal my stuff. I always order a large bottle of Tylenol PM & 1 time the UPS driver stole it out of the package & slid the empty envelope under my door. Called UPS to complain & they weren't interested in hearing about it. Boost Mobile acts as a pickup hub for Amazon & they're really close to home for me. So glad I have that option!!”

“I'd been working with Brett for awhile deciding on which phone/plan I would be happy with and in my price range. I went in a couple different times, we talked about options and he happily printed and showed me the prices. He always listened to my concerns and helped me understand if I was confused about something. I decided on the phone I wanted and Brett assured me that this phone was great and had a good camera quality because I love using my camera and needed a good camera feature.The process went smoothly and quick.
