“Staff kind and helpful! Had to leave my phone for hours to move data to the new one. 4hrs later I went back to pick up n it still says 4hrs until finished. I thought every cell came with a home charger but my iPhone 11 came with a cord but no block to plug into so you can plug THAT in to charge but it only has a cord. I had only had an iPhone 6s long ago and I'm already really wondering if I should of just stayed with android. I think the staff should of told me this iPhone came with a cord but no block to charge it. Or mine was not in the bag. The store people opened everything helping me to move info from my old one. I hope I get happier about this purchase. I'm not right now.”
“I get my Amazon orders delivered there because I don't trust UPS drivers not to steal my stuff. I always order a large bottle of Tylenol PM & 1 time the UPS driver stole it out of the package & slid the empty envelope under my door. Called UPS to complain & they weren't interested in hearing about it. Boost Mobile acts as a pickup hub for Amazon & they're really close to home for me. So glad I have that option!!”

“Not very happy with them! They didn't do a thing I asked them to do with my account! They even spelled my name wrong! To top it off, the woman I spoke with, I could barely understand her. She had such a different accent that I had to keep saying "I can't understand you can you please get me someone else, that never happened!" I am not happy with AT&T at all ?”
“I came in fresh from work and finding out my boyfriend (26) of 3 years and 11 days cheated on me with his 55 year old married coworker who has children his age and let me tell you what, the staff that were present on 3/13 didn’t make me feel ostracized if anything that made me feel comfortable and helped give me that confidence that I needed to get through this day. I was upset and I was frazzled and in fight or flight all day and the atmosphere and their banter with each other made me feel so much less on edge. I quickly got on my own phone plan and changed my number and was able to be on my way within 30 minutes. I wish I remembered their names to thank them personally but I can’t so i’m sorry about that. But you know who you are. Highly recommend this location.”
“This Walmart is a little farther from Ball State University (about 15 minutes) so you can still find stuff as most of the students have not cleaned it out yet. Lol

“I cracked my screen on my S23 ultra. I called them a guy named Rob answered he was very polite and he told me they could fix it that day. Within 2 hours I had my phone back with the new screen. I am very thankful for them. I highly recommend them. I am very satisfied with their service and they are very polite.”
