Terrible, got audited, they told me not to worry about it, got me in more and more debt, “will take care of it don’t worry” never did after 1000’s in late fees and fines I had to go elsewhere!

Place is horrible been 3 weeks since I went and filed my taxes ....just last week they called said they made a mistake on my social .....with the fact I wrote it down for the lady and u still mess up now I can't get a hold of anyone been calling for days now horrible first and last time I go here

This business is the biggest joke ever!! Cindy (the owner) did my taxes for years. When my situation changed she was in such a hurry to input info and move on to the next $80. That she totally screwed up my whole life for over a year. Im still paying for her mistakes. She made no effort to help me thru the situation. She avoided calls, never returned calls. On top of that, what CPA goes on a weeks vacation the 1st week of March??? Answer...the lazy one who really dosent care about her clients!! Dont risk your status with the IRS going here. She will always be on vaca to avoid you!

I have only used them for notarizing documents on two separate occasions but they were friendly, quick, and cheap. So much so that next year when it comes time to straighten out and do my taxes they will be the ones doing them.
