“went in looking for a tote bag, but wasn’t able to find any i liked. worker there asked if we just needed a bag to hold papers we got at a seminar and gave us a plastic one. not only were they super helpful but so welcoming and the sweetest. prices were a bit shifty, but overall the customer service was great and i think that’s what really made it special.”
“Great card shop, I have started to collect basketball cards and I have been buying some packs. I went to Squeeze Play and they have a big majority of sports stuff. They are super friendly, they looked how much my cards were and I will definitely be going there way more often.”
“I always enjoy myself at this Sephora and have great conversations with the workers. They do a great job of helping customers. I always feel seen, which is important to me because at other stores, sometimes I am overlooked. There are times I have overheard staff working with other customers and it seems they try their best to educate customers to the best of their ability.”
“The employees were helpful and helped me find what I wanted. They helped me get into a fitting room and helped me find the style and size of jeans I was looking for. All of the products I bought were made out of recycled materials. The jeans use recycled plastic and the shirts I bought are made out of recycled polyester. It’s hard to find environmentally friendly clothing at retail stores so it was refreshing to see a company taking a step towards being environmentally friendly. The shirts I bought were on clearance for five dollars each. I would like to see them offer paper bags instead dog plastic”

“The staff is so wonderful, they'll never know just how much of an impact the staff at the Munice store has made on my grandaughter who is 8 years old and autistic. Megan in particular, her kindness has won her heart, we look forward to our fun days at the mall of course going to visit The Buckle is the highlight of the trip.
