Have tried two days in a row to reach someone to see if a dryer belt is in stock. I have the exact model number to provide. After I get through the crazy automated call attendant and reach someone who seems put out, they allegedly page someone in appliances who never answers and it eventually disconnects. After my fifth try and 30 minutes, I ended up ordering on Amazon and will wait. Hiring all retired people might help the attitude. Clearly short staffed. It is Thursday mid morning.

I want to take the time to write about the wonderful experience I had working with Jessica, the Cabinet Specialist, to design our new kitchen. Jessica is incredibly professional and an expert in kitchen design. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about understanding our needs and wants, making thoughtful recommendations throughout the process.
Communication with Jessica was effortless, and the entire experience was a joy from start to finish. Her skills and professionalism are on par with those of a high-end design firm, making her a true gem at Lowe’s.
I am extremely satisfied with our new kitchen design, thanks to Jessica’s expertise and dedication. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to create their dream kitchen.

You people in management DESPARATELY NEED TO KEEP AFTER YOUR LAZY WORKERS!! WAY MORE THAN ONE TIME I have bought and paid online for items YOU SHOW AS IN STOCK items which were out of stock that surprizingly Like Magic NOBODY AND I DO MEAN NOBODY UPDATES YOUR INVENTORY!! So NOW AGAIN YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO PRODUCT I PAID FOR!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK OUGHT TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS FOR ME????? Maybe a few negative complaints to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU MIGHT GET YOUR IMMEDIARE ATTENTION TO RESOLVE THIS ONGOING PROBLEMATIC ISSUE, YOU THINK?????

Ordered a swingset end of Feb. Delivery date was March 22. They then pushed it back another week. I called to see what the dilemma was. They said it had shipped to the store, and would be delivered March 29. Get the delivery and I notice the box is alot smaller than I imagined. We pull the instructions out and notice, it's not even the same model we had ordered. We called immediately, and now have to take another day off work, Monday to (hopefully) get what we ordered. Lowe's ruined our kids Easter present.

It was ok went in for specific items and left empty handed! The store is of course very nice clean and well kept but had a bad experience with a younger girl and boy employee that was to busy flirting and when I did get to ask a question to locate items he was short with me and she said I'll talk to you when they leave to the boy and walked off like I did something wrong for politely asking a question! But overall they are usually pretty good to go and find what you need just not all the time I guess. I'll stick to ordering my items online so I dont have to deal with customer service issues.
