I enjoy shopping at Lowe’s, it’s kind of far out for me to drive to, they have about everything you want if you can find it. There never seems to be enough help around there.

Self checkout and no cashiers. Ridiculously irritating! Its ok for a few small items, but it just doesn't work for a cart full or larger items. And to have cashier standing there to assist makes no sense. Put that person back behind a cash register. I won't be shopping there unless no other choices!

I bought a washer and dryer set on Saturday was supposed to be delivered on Monday I got a washer and dryer cord no dryer 4 Hours on the phone later they set up another delivery for dryer. The delivery man wanted to know if I paid to have my old ones hauled away I say no because someone is already taking them he wants to take them for free. I buy an installation kit because they say if you buy that they will hook it up the man refused to hook up all of it including the cord said my home was not ready I purchased a ventless kit all they had to do was put it on the dryer no connection to the wall he called his boss which couldn't understand him because he spoke very little English I'm on day 3 of trying to get this done lowes is the worst place to get anything delivered and set up properly they have a side hustle going on with old appliances why would they take them for free when they tell you at the store you have to pay for hauled away

Massive place with a huge variety of items. Some staff could do with a bit more product training as we asked some simple questions about certain products (that other stores pointed us in the right direction), and they had no idea. Friendly staff, and we did make many visits in our short time in Muncie.

Two washers and a dryer in the last 4 years. Only the second washer works right. Whirlpool models they have the set.right in front of the doors. Don't buy these ones!

Two months in a row of showing up for the workshop at our slotted time and they’re out of kits. I register the day that registrations open. At the very minimum, Lowe’s needs to notify people ahead of time that they won’t be able to participate. We have participated every month this year, July we showed up to one left & then were given the display. I appreciate the effort. Today we showed up at 11:10 for the August workshop and all the kits were gone. I’m not understanding the purpose of reserving a time, if there will be 0 kits left when we show up for the time.

Thankyou to Adam the Manager in appliances in the Muncie Store helping me to contact Samsung himself for me after almost a month of them dropping my ticket. The time he spent on the phone on Saturday August 10 was 45 minutes of his time.They called shortly after I left and came out and fixed my Gas Range that same day. Thankyou Adam for helping me. Today my husband and I visited the Muncie, Indiana store to buy privacy fencing. We were told nobody could help us but Tim and he was leaving. So we were turned away, guess our business was not needed!!!!

The employees are great but Lowes price gouged through the pandemic and they continue to raise prices across the board. These guys are part of the inflation problem. Their CEO needs to go. I'll continue with Menards, Carter Lumber and order online from Home Depot.

Had a poor experience with our cashier, Bailey. paid and pulled around for our items. after 40 minutes we returned inside to see what was taking so long. She left on her lunch break without even sending our order through or informing anyone else about it.

Staff #s seem low, and the choices of nane brands are limited in the range of superior quality. One question if you have someone standing at the self checkout, why not have them run the register?

Muncie lowes needs to find a new location to hold online orders. Contractors can't even get down isle to get necessary material...and they wonder why customers can't even find flat carts to use.
