Just had my 20k mile oil change and service on my VW CC at Jim’s plus I bought a new tire for my spare. They were fast, affordable and provided me with great customer service. So thankful they changed my cabin air filter too- wow was it way over due! No matter what my car or VW van needs I know I can trust them for reliable service and repairs.

I have an old car that always seems to have something wrong. Jim’s is fast, fair prices, and they communicate what they are doing/price better than anywhere else I’ve went! As a college student away from family, it’s so nice having a reliable, trustworthy mechanic for allof my car problems!

Had a problem with my engine, it stopped accelerating as I would be driving so I called to see how much looking at the car would cost and it was $75. So I brought it in and had it done the only thing that was done was the oil was changed and they tried to charge for that before even telling me they were gonna do it or what the issues even were, thankfully they went back down to the original $75. The oil light had already been on and I knew about that I normally replaced the oil myself. They gave me a call back and said it was driving better after they changed out the oil but gave me no actual diagnosis on what was wrong with the vehicle and not even 5 hours later the same issue is continuing with no actual diagnosis of the main problem or how to solve it or what to look for. So far, $75 down the drain for an oil change that could’ve cost me $30.gave them a call back and they couldn’t even tell me what diagnostics they ran and said “we can’t do anything else for you” and hung up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone spend the extra 10-30 bucks to get it checked out somewhere else that actually does something for you

Took my car in for an oil change they told me they changed the oil and the filter. The next day the oil light came back on so I took it to another mechanic and he said it doesn’t look like it’s even been touched. Worst mechanic in Muncie along with the worst customer service.

Went in to check out my brakes but they told me nothing was wrong as they are squeaking and grinding as I try to stop. Also have a bitter old man and bitter old woman that run the place who have no respect for their customers. Won’t be back again.
