Exceptional customer service! During my recent visit for an oil change in Muncie, the staff went above and beyond by identifying the need for tire replacement due to worn treads. The seamless execution of both services showcased their expertise and commitment. This was especially crucial for me as I had to embark on a long drive. Definitely a 5 star!

Everybody that I talked to in the store was so nice and there was some up sale, but nothing that I didn’t actually need. I just got an oil change and the service was very fast. I was in and out. Everybody was professional and very kind!

The guys working at the Muncie store are courteous and responsive. I have taken my Kia in several times for a routine oil change. Even though they’ve not had my filter in stock they’ve went and purchased one to get my service completed with minimal delay.It is always nice working with people who have a smile on their face and seem as though they like being at their job and these guys always do! I drive over 15k annually so they’ve answered my questions with finding the right option for me. I will be back to this location. Thanks Guys!

I just moved to Muncie recently so this was my first time getting my oil changed here. The workers were friendly and jumped straight to business. They checked everything and made sure all was as it should be. The whole thing only took maybe twenty minutes and I was on my way again.
