Paid $485 for the pre-refund "loan" just to be denied even though refund far exceeds the maximum allowed to be borrowed... Never using this service again. Awesome job not helping a disabled veteran...

The guy I got was very nice and helpful! They made sure I got a good return and they are detailed in telling you what you need to know what's going on which is nice to know what they know so you can understand your taxes more. I go to hr block every year due to the fact I always get my return fast and easy and they make it very convenient. I will always continue to use hr block due to there history and knowledge of taxes. I always feel better getting my taxes done threw them knowing I will be fine and they are done right. They never cut corners and never are shady. Most home taxes done can lead to accidents and mistakes and when I go to hr block I know my taxes are done right! Thank you to the hr block group and corporation!
