I called, asked a question and after asking for clarity they hung up on me. Called back 3 times, no answer. Called from a different line and they picked up immediately.

Paid $485 for the pre-refund "loan" just to be denied even though refund far exceeds the maximum allowed to be borrowed... Never using this service again. Awesome job not helping a disabled veteran...
