“We stay there about every 2 months as my son goes to Ball State. The rooms smell of orange glow cleaner but are decently clean. The staff is nice the bed depending on the room you get can be very comfortable or uncomfortable. Be aware their rates do go up on certain weekends if theirs a big college event in town like this week's homecoming. All and all were satisfied with our frequent stays there.”

“I had to stay there for several months, the only one problem I had was a certain smell I didn't like. Mainly because my kids had to smell it as well. They did try to cover up the smell but sometimes it was very strong. All of the people that worked there are very nice and helpful. The cleaning people are very nice as well , they would do what ever you needed in a short amount of time.”

“Very clean and respectful management and people were very friendly ? not I dirty place to stay but the only thing is that I didn't understand is why you have to pay daily and can't even do weekly it's 50+tax everyday other than that it was a good place to stay and it was very quiet and not alot of drama”

“Stayed here for a business trip. Room was super clean, and really, that's the main thing. Road noise I thought was low, I even had to sleep during the day and didn't hear any. They serve breakfast, which for a free hotel breakfast, I thought, was really good.”
