“My mom stays here every time she comes to Muncie to visit family. She always says how nice the staff is and is really friendly. My wife passed away, and that was the reason for this stay. I went to help my mom check in and carried in her and my aunts luggage. The place was super clean and quiet. I went to pay for an extra night as my mom books the room in advance every time she comes. The lady knows my mom by name, and when she finds out the reason for the visit, she starts to tear up and asks for a hug. Thank you so much for the kind words you shared with me and my family. “Went to freshman orientation at Ballstate it was definitely convenient to campus .room are a bit small, but our updated pool looked amazing but we didn't get to use it didn't get to try the breakfast either”

“Wonderful staff! Clean, crisp, modern, spacious rooms! Pool has been open during my 35+ stays. Nice indoor gym & on-site laundry room. Coffee is actually fairly good, and the continental breakfast is well stocked, clean, plenty of options to cover all guests' liking. Perfect location in every aspect including the nearby restaurant options which are super tasty! For guests' convenience there's also a Walmart, Village Pantry gas station, and a Walgreens to cover any & all possibly needed items!!”

“Beautiful hotel. But the room temp is centalized. I like to sleep cold 62-66 and it cannot be adjusted. You can be trusted with your temp control at motel 6 but not $120.00/night Marriott...odd.”
