Came in at 10:44 on a Friday 12/29/23 to bring my mother in for the first time, the gentleman working tonight at the counter was so kind and helpful, the pizza was great, i had the Pesto Mambo with extra cheese and add chicken, fantastic pizza, however, right when we sat down this girl working, short haired mixed girl, immediately starting aggressively stacking the chairs right next to where we were sitting, and then i quote told us “can you guys grab your stuff and leave, theres tables outside and im closing by myself”, keep in mind its 35 degrees and raining. it’s friday, you guys close at 4am, and mentioned you were closing early because kids were home from school and wow what a joke of an employee, only reason i’m giving 3 stars and instead of one is because the guy working the counter was awesome and the pizza is great.. please get rid of this employee, for the love of god i've never had anyone treat me like that at a restaurant before. What a rude lady.

The pizza was overall pretty good. Good enough that I woke go back to try another kind. The tootsie rolls in the pizza box is a little weird, but hey, any way to stand out now is something.The pizza had good flavor and good coverage on the toppings. The crust was well made with good flavor. Overall decent pizza.Service was fast, but the place was empty and they were not doing delivery options when I went.I did go during BSU winter break though.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The quality of the food is lacking. I feel like the owners and management are just cutting corners and buying cheap products so they can make a quicker profit.

Such good food but please for the love of pizza hire more people ? the one and only worker in the restaurant was very nice but it took over an hour to get our food which was a single large pizza and an order of breadsticks. Once again I do not blame the worker, they were great, but the restaurant was clearly horribly understaffed.

They just straight up refused to do a delivery. Didn't give a reason after I asked, just "we're not doing delivery tonight". Ok what changed from 3 days ago, did you fire a driver?

Anna saved my kids from a fire in our apartment, she rushed in and saved all of my kids from the burning blaze. I highly recommend her for a manager, I think that she deserves a raise. Thank you hot box pizzq and anna

It’s pretty good, my boyfriend gave it a 4 out of 10, which isn’t horrible. I think it’s called hotbox pizza because it’s pizza that would taste really good if you were super high lol

Wow probably one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Bread sticks are different from most but very tasty.
