“I can't say much about the store but the Pharmacy is great. They do need more help but they are always spot on, never grouchy and help with any way they can. I have been to almost all pharmacy's in Muncie, Payless Tillotson outshines them all. I wish that they could get more help because everyone works their hind end off. Keep up the good work!!!!”

“I love being able to run in a store and get what I need and quickly get out. Dollar general is my favorite quick store. They seemed to be stocked well even with shortages. The only thing that bothers me is when you know you only have like 15 minutes until they close but you know what you need and where to get it at and they suddenly have a different demeanour and they will shut the lights off Everytime even though they still have 10 minutes. I don't think they should be aloud to do that just for obvious reasons. Other than that.... It's my quick stop.”

“the store on Wheeling Ave is my favorite place to shop for almost anything to do with home and here I feel like I am at home. The employees here are like family and they treat me like I'm family it's a really great place to shop so stop by and see what I'm talking about”
“Convenient when I just need a few things because It's right down the road. Staff Is ALWAYS polite, and helpful. It's Always very crowed down Isles and rolltainers blocking the Isles and Messy. Just always looks like they don't have anything because shelves are bare. But, The Problem isn't the employees It's mainly the COMPANY ITSELF.”

“I shop here all the time. Very clean store, but there is a bird problem currently. They fly overhead and eat the rice and grapes. I've seen several male employees ignore the problem, even after this has been pointed out to them. Summer, shift lead, was AWESOME when I went to talk to her about the problem. She was super friendly, apologetic, and took the time to explain that the birds were coming in through a gap in the dock door. These men could learn a lesson from Summer-THAT IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. Well done, Summer :)”

“This Walmart is a little farther from Ball State University (about 15 minutes) so you can still find stuff as most of the students have not cleaned it out yet. Lol

“I love this Walmart I really do I love this Walmart.. but there are a couple of women that work at the self-checkout, they are hateful and mean.. I mean if you don't like helping people than don't work in self checkout Isle.. besides that I absolutely love this Walmart. Other than that mean old lady that was at the self-checkout all the other people are nice I always get help when I need it I mean they're always great”
“The Walmart Supercenter on the northside of Muncie is one of my favorites. I know the store well. Sometimes things are out of order, but the crowds that come to shop at this Walmart can be overwhelming. As a marketing tactic, they like to keep shoppers on their toes and seem to constantly have revolving items and new items and stands in the store. In my experience, the bathrooms have always been clean. And *most of the cashiers and customer-facing workers are very kind. Something that may help customers navigate the store would be to download the Walmart App. In it, you can search for anything you're looking for and it will name the exact isle it can be found on. Even when I'm shopping around Walmart, I have found myself assisting the customers by pulling up my app because they look like lost puppies.”
“Very nice clean store. From the time I entered the store until the time I left the store all employees were friendly. An employee asked if I was finding everything okay and I said yes. Then a little later I needed help finding something and the employee told me where to find the honey at. I did self checkout because they only had 2 checkout lanes open and the lines were very long but I don't mind doing self checkout.”
