Above and beyond service at Greg Hubler Hyundai in Muncie, IN!The outside and inside of the facilities are clean and open. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.Cody C. answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable, patient, and top-notch professional! I never felt rushed, pushed, or talked down to or like I was being “sold” something. He was friendly and allowed me to take the lead, guiding me and providing his knowledge the whole way. It felt like a partnership. I definitely recommend him if you’re ready for your next vehicle.David in financing was excellent as well. It was a relaxed atmosphere and he was very friendly, kind, and had great stories as we were going through all of the more “tedious” aspects of paperwork.I am very pleased with my entire experience at Greg Hubler Hyundai! Service is not performed on site at the dealers location. Oil changes are next door at an independent franchised quick oil change that is totally incompetent. Any major work has to be performed next door at Greg Hubler Ford.

I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai from Cody Cooper just over a week ago. Cody did an excellent job trying to get to know my wife and I before jumping straight into looking at cars. When walking through the lot, Cody did an excellent job of helping us narrow down the selection and find the vehicle we were looking for. This is our 2nd Hyundai from this dealership in 2 years. Both the service department and the sales staff do an excellent job taking care of families during the purchase and for the life of the vehicle.

Purchased a New Hyundai from Greg Hubler Hyundai. My wife and I are both Retired and have purchased many cars over the years. This was one of the Best, if not the BEST buying experience we have had. Everyone we met was outgoing and professional. Relaxed atmosphere and professional buying process. Jacob was a "Rock Star" with his Product Knowledge, review of the Auto we were interested in, sales presentation, and transparency of the working numbers. Vince made the Finance / Paperwork smooth and extremely painless. An outstanding experience, and would recommend Greg Hubler Hyundai to every one!

We purchased a pre-owned 2019 Honda Ridgeline from Greg Hebler Hyundai on Saturday. The vehicle ROCKS! The transaction was smooth. Sean was our sales representative and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. He explained the multitude of options the vehicle came with. We never felt pressured to purchase or rushed to make a decision. The vehicle was well worth driving. 85 miles to see.Thank you Sean and Greg Hubler Hyundai.

We bought a 2018 Ford flex . It had 57000 miles . We were told by the sales person that the car had new tires. And since this car was Certified The tires looked like they had lots of tread left. We took the car in for its free oil change. And we were told at that time.the tires were no good. They were worn out. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The car should have Never made it through certified inspection. We paid a premium price for this car. It should have had new tires.

I would recommend this Greg Hubler in Muncie 1000 times over, to anyone and everyone. I had the pleasure of working with a sales man by the name of Cody. Not only was he knowledgeable and willing to answer my million questions, he listened to my concerns and validated any frustration I had that came from dealing with a different dealership. The test drive was fun and felt like I was driving around with an old friend and the check up calls for a couple of weeks after were very very appreciated. Not once did I feel pressured into anything and they worked to get me the best deal on not only my trade in, but with financing as well. Now I am the proud owner of a 2023 Kona. Cody if you read this...you are definitely one of the best!! I have a renewed faith that there really are good car dealerships who are for the people the serve and not just a dime in your pocket.

Went in to this dealership being skeptical of salesmen. Pretty sure they would tell me anything to get me to by a car from them. Well the sales rep Patrick was a joy to work with. We set up a time to come in and see the car and he sent me 2 personalized videos of the car I was interested in. He did a walk a round video and then another showing he reserved the car for me. Didn't pressure me and gave me time to think the decision through. I appreciate that. I bought the vehicle I wanted and really got a good deal considering I chose a pricey car. Hooked me up with a ton of different warrantys and gap insurance for basically free. Good people there. Go buy a car from them. You won't be disappointed.

We are from Pennsylvania and our check engine light came on unexpectedly. This is ONLY Hyaundai dealership in central Indiana that was kind enough to squeeze us in for service. Ryan, in services, is a saint for dealing with me calling incessantly for a week straight. Him and another tech are the only two humans staffed and let me tell you…don’t underestimate the power of two humans who love what they do for a living. Ryan was so kind and understanding of our situation and got us through in such a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend the service department here.Thanks again Ryan! I hope your boss see this because they should be lucky to have you on staff!

Cody is an amazing young man. It was a pleasure meeting him, Dave, and Bruce. They all took amazing care of me and I am so very thankful for everything that they did. From the initial contact with Cody, he was awesome. He spent all the time that it took to find what best fit my budget and my needs, to Bruce who made sure that I had a cold drink, and to, Dave, the Finance Manager, who was so amazing and patient. I am so humbled and touched by all of them. We sealed the deal and were presented with an amazing rainbow to end the day❤️? Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

A very clean and nicely appointed dealership with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They recently helped us with the warranty replacement of our 2016 Hyundai Sonata PHEV limited's battery. Despite the 6-month wait, the dealership made sure we had a loaner vehicle and the battery was replaced and recycled at no cost to us. I've had great experience with the build quality of my Hyundai's and maintenance requirements have been minimal. A brand like Hyundai with a strong warranty especially with an EV in today's economy is a huge Plus! I don't know anyone who can afford a 20K battery replacement?

Was somewhat quickly put back into needing another vehicle and with the market I moved towards looking for a new car.Jacob was great through and through. With already owning a suv anything was on the table and I most likely bothered Jacob longer that he liked, but he explained everything clearly and professionally. And any other questions I had via text or email where answered quickly too. I ended up getting the Elantra N-Line and am loving it.I highly recommended Jacob and the team here at Muncie Hyundai, all class and no fuss!
