Waited from 11:30am to 5:30 after paying upfront for a tire and rim to be told multiple excuses about why it is taking so long and also told he was getting rim from his other shop to then be told he had to go pick the rim up from anderson. Ps had me and my husband sitting on one of the hottest days in front of his junk yard because we couldn't drive due to no tire. Very unprofessional very inconsiderate would not recommend to my enemy's!

I spent $135 on ONE rim that was rusted and didn’t fit, waste of money and absolutely no help.

Went for side mirror. Was given the wrong mirror initially but was prompt in getting me the correct mirror.

If there was an option for 0 stars. I called to see if they had an alternator. Spoke to a guy that was very rude from get go but they had it. He told me $80 dollars cash only. Went up there then he tells me about a core charge. So ran back and removed old one. Returned a few min later and the man took 30 minutes to remove a 5 min part. Then proceeded to come outside and told me it's $95.00 now . This business is very unprofessional and the man is rude . I will never use these guys again . A joke of an outfit .

never give your money upfront . that's what they want . this place has been Permanently closed a long time agoI asked them how much a part was they told me one thing and then he walked inside and turn around and changed the price It's a joke it's a scam they're there to support their crack habits run far away

Took 2 1/2 weeks to fix my bumper and install a hitch. Everytime he gave me a date to pick my truck up he would call and tell me something else is needed before he can fix the hitch. Spent way more money than I should’ve. He only accepts cash and money upfront before doing the work which is super unheard of and sketch. If I was you I’d consider going elsewhere.

This place is a joke with their high prices and horrible customer service. The owner is a rude liar, and will not even talk to you respectfully, let alone give you your money back. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I will never deal with this place again and I'm filing complaints with The Better Business Bureau and The Attorny Generals Office as well. Don't do any work for this place either cause you will not get paid. I have lost a lot of money dealing with this place and believing what they were telling me was true, but it wasn't, nothing but lies just to take my money but I hope it was worth it and maybe the BBB or The Attorney General's officue can make him fix his lies and pay me what I'm owed!!!!
